The food is good, the Mochi is amazing. They use really good ice cream for their mochi. Most of my friends who have gotten tofu didn't enjoy it but the chicken is amazing. Their spice chart is great and I love their green tea. They serve it in such a pretty pot.

Pictured is the chicken curry. The chicken was cooked well but the crumb coat was a bit overdone, with some burnt taste. However the curry was delicious and the rice was cooked perfectly which made for a delicious, hearty meal overall! Service was friendly and fast, will definitely be coming back to try the ramen in the future.

The moment I walked into the restaurant I was hit with the most delicious smell. I didn’t stop smiling the whole time we were there! I always look for opportunities to eat gluten free Asian food when I travel and O Ramen was a great find. Nearly everything they serve can be ordered gluten free and is made with as much care and attention to customer experience as non gluten free items. Often when I order at restaurants I feel like a hassle or a nuisance for needing to eat gluten free. Not so here! The server was so kind and friendly, answering all my questions and explaining all my options gladly. I had the Deluxe O Ramen with Pork and gluten free noodles, not spicy. So good! My husband also had the deluxe but with chicken and regular noodles, MAXIMUM SPICY! Both of us were thoroughly pleased with our meals. We had a very tasty sake as well. This will be a place that we visit regularly when we come to Albuquerque!

There was a 'pupa' or cocoon like bug in my soup. I got this delivered to my work and it was absolutely disgusting. I've ordered from here before and I have loved that it's cheaper than other places, close to my work and good to eat when it's cold outside. But I was absolutely disgusted. I was at my desk eating this and I had taken a bite of food, and looked down and saw it floating in my food. I spat everything out and threw up. When I called the owner of the restaurant, he tried to blame it on the delivery driver and told me that it was 'just a mushroom.' But the bag was stapled three times. It wasn't the driver, this bug also looks like it was lightly cooked like it was in the food that was being prepared.He also mentioned that because they are down by the university, 'people try to scam us a lot.' I don't think he was understanding the impact of what this did yesterday. I was so grossed out, freaked out and all while at work.Since I was at work, I had asked multiple coworkers about it and they all said the same thing, that it was like a pupa of a worm or caterpillar. I called the health department because this is so disgustingly wrong.It's one thing to buy bugs to eat like at a ball game, but to have one surprise you in your food, it's so so gross. It seems to me like this place must be really so dirty to have that going on in their restaurant.It has completely disturbed me.Do not eat here, seems to me like it is dirty and the owner is unwilling to help, he will say the things I listed above.I would give this place no stars but that isn't possible, and I just thought everyone should know.

The food was mediocre, lacking proper seasoning, and the portions of meat were skimpy, despite requesting extra protein. The server seemed largely inattentive, and we received table service from two or three different people throughout the meal. Additionally, there was a lack of coordination in the kitchen, as our appetizers arrived at the same time as our main courses. Please learn hold and fire techniques or garner a POS that times this for your staff and kitchen. Drink refills were forgotten until we received our check. As someone who works hard for their money, especially considering the current state of inflation, it's crucial for business owners to step up and provide better service. This includes thorough training for their staff to ensure a more seamless dining experience for customers. Unfortunately, O Ramen in Albuquerque fell short in this regard, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve in the future.

I got the Tonkotsu Ramen. Broth was good but there wasn't enough. Noodles had good texture but were bland, and there were too many of them. I ended up pushing the noodles to the side, drinking the broth, and leaving the rest.Overall, the noodle to broth ratio was off: I would have preferred more broth to soak fewer noodles.Prices were good but you get what you pay for, I guess. Only one piece of pork and half an egg for protein, and some pretty bland veggies that seemed more like garnish than ingredient.I am visiting from Angel Fire and there is no restaurant quality ramen in the entire Enchanted Circle, so I was excited for some good ramen. Sadly, this experience was a let down.
