Time for another restaurant review. This time with my Kung Fu family, which also happened to be my first bite of sushi in years! Pacific Paradise was totally paradise ;-). We got a salmon roll, avocado roll, paradise roll and mango roll... and of course tasted everyone else's. The waitress was patient, as she had to deal with multiple tickets. All delicious and all pescatarian in their nautical themed restaurant! The best part of the evening was especially the family of friends we got to celebrate with.... Hands down definitely 5 out of 5! #gourmetrecovery #sushichallengecompleted

I came here with some local friends while visiting the city. These friends have a few serious allergies they deal with, and I could tell the care that everyone at Pacific Paradise took to make sure they were not only safe, but having a great time. That’s a very awesome vibe to bring to a restaurant these days. It made me wish I lived in the area so I could become a regular! And that was before even trying the food. I’d come here for the food even if the service weren’t so great, but here you have a place that has both, and that is not easy to find.Highly recommend the eggplant. I’ve never tried anything like it and now I’m having daydreams about eating it again.

I called in order for pick up. It was ready by the time I got there. I asked for a request for chopsticks, which I did not get. The scallop dish I ordered did come with the pasta separate which was nice. The mushrooms and scallops were super dry and had barely any flavor, just heat. Then mixed w the noodles was utterly bland. The scallops were the very tiny frozen ones, and a couple I couldn't even chew they were so touch. I really could eat the rest of my dish after that. I ordered two sushi rolls, one I ate and one I threw away. I really wanted to like this place as it's in the neighborhood and a local place. This was not the first time I was let down. I will not be returning.

The restaurant serves just about every style of Asian food. It's all really good and the restaurant is comfy with booths and tables and a liquor license.

Inside, it looks campy. Like Gilligan's Island meets tiki bar. In the most joyous way. The food is always on point. The menu is extensive and affordable. Portions are large. The wait staff are friendly and accommodating. I literally have nothing but praise. I've dined here twice with a party of 20+ friends and not one person had a less than wonderful time (which is why we go back). I had baked mussels and my entree was crispy Tofu and noodles. Yum!!

Service was good. Portions on the Tibetan lamb dish were crazy small, ie child size $15.50 ($7-8 restaurant cost). Steamed red snapper was better size $17 ($9 restaurant cost). Spices and flavor were great ?. The vegetable soup was just broth with lettuce and carrots. Squid saled was great, and good value $7 ($4-5 restaurant cost)

I placed an online order shortly after 5pm. I received an email of order confirmation that my order would be ready around 5:30pm. I got to the restaurant and the guy at the front asks what name my order is under. As he is looking through the computer and looking around at receipts, he says he never got my order. As it appears he is barely putting my order into the computer now. The restaurant was not very busy for them to miss an online order. Poor service, I’ve had bad experience with this restaurant before but it doesn’t seem to get better. Definitely unsure if it’s worth going back anymore.

Best asian food in town. The service can be hit or miss (one waiter, blond with tats is checked out). But the food is worth suffering through him for. Best sushi in town. Best mapo tofu in town. REAL Chinese food. #10 chicken is amazing. Reasonable wine options too! The other review said "all indoor seating". No. They DO have a nice quiet patio off to the side.

Came in Friday night with the family to enjoy a meal. Had Waiter Jack who was not great at his job not sure if it was an off night for him or a normal thing. Meals would come out after half of us were already finished eating. Had to ask other servers for help. Bill came in of $86 and change gave the kid $6 tip even though he didn’t deserve it. Total bill after tip was $92.60 get a notification this morning from my card saying I was charged $100.50. Which means they added an additional almost $8 to the bill that wasn’t authorized. To me that’s theft and the fact that they would do something like that is horrible. I guess they didn’t think people actually take proof of there receipts. Beware going here will be addressing this with my bank
