One of the hidden gems of people tent, forget about is the Paleta bar in uptown. Had an opportunity to meet one of the managers CLAUDIA who was super nice and explained everything. Especially the difference between the other Palate bars does how this one has donut wholes, mini churro’s and coffee.

They always have about 15 different flavors of paletas. They have several flavors of protein shakes, they have a good selection of fresh fruit to add to their shakes and ice cream bowls. They also have several lunch items if anyone wants a lunch as well as dessert. This is a wonderful place to relax with a couple of tables outside to sit at. I miss being able to relax here with a protein drink and paleta between 0900 and 1000 but, unfortunatly, they do not open until 1000 now. This is still a cozy place to enjoy excellent treats so I will still arrive here when I can.

Came during open hours and there was a be back in 5min sign on the door. I waited outside for 20min before having to return to school late.

Great place for refreshing dessert! This is located in a plaza so there was no parking issue! It wasn't too busy when we arrived so we ordered right away. I got a water-based mango paleta bar that came with fresh fruits, and all were sprinkled with chili powder and chamoya. It was very tasty and refreshing. We decided to get another cup of fresh fruit with chili powder and chamoya! Staff was kind in giving great recommendations. However, I think customer service could be slightly better. We wanted extra spoon but waited over 5mins for it.

Only one employee, so not super fast, but she warned us first and was not as long as she thought. The ice brew coffee was great and the crepe was filling and tasty. Nice shaded parking nearby if you come from the Trader Joes side. This is a nice little hidden gem

Their paleta bars are so good. Pistachio is definitely my favorite. I am also a huge fan of their horchata coffee drinks. I do wish there was consistency with when they are open. I was there yesterday around 10am and they were open. Door hours listed was that they open at 9am. No they do not. Yelp says 11am, another app said I can order for pick up, and another Said they didn't open until 12pm. I get they have multiple locations that have different times based on where they are located. It's just frustrating when o walk from my hotel thinking they are open and they aren't. Still amazing items. The above is fixable and I'm sure they will want to make sure all info is accurate across the board.

The paletas are amazing! However, we paid 6.00 a piece for what is priced at $3.79 on the menu board. See the pics. I pointed this out and the person gave me a two dollar discount. She didn't seem to know what was going on and she had no interest in honoring the stated price. We love this place, but won't be coming back to a place that steals from you.

Came in today and it was my first time. It was hot and muggy. The girl working at the front had a bad attitude. Food is over priced. Won’t come back. Save your money else where

This place is great!! So much to choose from! My favorite will always be the pecan paleta dipped in chocolate and add some piñon to top it off …… excellent service! I went during a hello kitty event held in uptown. The paleta bar cafe had a huge line didn’t even wait 10 minutes to get my paleta or drinks! They work fast and give you exactly what you need ! Girls are amazing and professional! I would highly recommend this place if you are in the uptown are ! Also if you like coffee go to claudia makes the best coffe ever! And don’t forget your churros !
