There is a female employee that has been there for quite some time and she has an absolutely horrible attitude when trying to point this out to the manager he got an attitude. I have been to this location a half a dozen times and every time I encounter her she has a horrible attitude with all customers.I will NEVER return to this location even though it's 2 minutes from my home. Located at Central & GirardA Hispanic female that wears a facemask and has a horrible attitude. As Trump would say " you're fired "ZERO customer service skills!!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had I asked for 2sides of chicken and the manager so called wouldn’t even help me I asked to talk to his supervisor and got ignored multiple times how disgusting from someone who is supposed to be professional not acceptable I asked for his supervisor number and he gave me a fake number I want to hear from corporate after this incident I’m a professional manager and this is unacceptable period that’s not chicken and when I handed it back he said he couldn’t do anything about it wow unbelievable

There’s a young woman there working who hates her job so the service is awful. I’ve been there to order in person and she is not polite at all. I tried ordering online so that I could avoid the interaction and when I picked up my order she forgot items. When I told her I was missing things she packaged them and threw them at me. Haven’t gone back since.

Terribly congested restaurant with very little food selection. Hubby had to get down for me bc no room between cars to bring out my wheelchair.Parking: Tiny parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Hardly any space between cars to take my wheelchair out.
Manager on duty, cashier was very disrespectful, I asked to use the restroom, couldn't hear him through his mask & he pulled his mask & very rudely said the code while using his fingers like I was dumb or hard of hearing. After I returned from the restroom he stared at me like I was doing something wrong or I didn't belong in here, I was on the phone dealing with a situation.
