The owner and her daughter are 10 stars. One girl yelled at me once, and one delivery guy threw my pizza at the wall, and it fell into my catfood. Once that never showed up to deliver.Kid-friendliness: Stuffed crust pepperoni is the best!

Ordered at 630 got there at 7 and the pizzas were barely warm super dry seemed like it sat out all day inside was super dirty the server was greasy and sweaty and wiped his sweat with his bare hands and was handling pizza no gloves disgusted.

The last time I ordered pizza from this location I chose the delivery option. The estimated wait time was thirty minutes. The driver didn't deliver the pizza until almost 2 hours later (I live within 15 minutes of the location). There was no apology or explanation for the delay. This time I ordered through door dash. The door dasher called me and told me there was no pizza waiting for pickup because the business had let some random person take it without verifying. I dont recommend ordering from here unless you are physically in the store ordering and picking up to keep them accountable. But then again it's on Central so just go somewhere else.

Walked in and ordered a epic stuffed crust with a whole pepperoni and half jalapeño and ended up with a half pepperoni and the other half cheese and jalapeño pizza don't know how they can mess up something so easy just sad how people don't pay attention or just to young and dumb and the papa John's looks like a dump. Shaq they making your company look real bad...

Passing through town, got a hotel room, needed a pizza. Ordered online, pretty sure Papa Johns has outsourced it’s online orders to foreign countries which was really weird, but I got the pizza ordered, it was made well, and tasted delicious. Also, a crew of three going hard on Thanksgiving and I didn’t have to wait longer than they said. Definitely five stars
Just so wrong. Ordered jalapeño breadstick bites with blue cheese sauce, received chicken nuggets with ranch dressing. Ordered a half pepp / half cheese pizza, got all pepperoni. Please close your business to make room for anyone who can read an order ticket?Dietary restrictions: Don’t bother, even if you order specific items you never know what you’ll get!

The worst experience ever with Papa John's. I placed my order with them at 8:28pm and my order arrived at 9:45pm completely incorrect. However, the worse part wasn't even be the wrong order, but the rudeness of the deliver person which was the same person that works at the place. He simply insinuated I was stupid, said shut up and hand up the phone on my face. I'll take this case to a higher matter because it is simply unacceptable as a customer to be treated this way.

He simply insinuated I was stupid, said shut up and hand up the phone on my face. I'll take this case to a higher matter because it is simply unacceptable as a customer to be treated this way.

1 star because Shaq-A-Roni pizza pretty good, BUT at 3:30 I placed frst-time order online for store 4000 Montogomery #1342 with pickup time 5pm, paid with CC. Immediately was getting feedback that pizza was being made NOW. Got email confirmation of order. Went to store and NO ORDER! Staff called DMgr and "had to ulfill order" BUT CHARGED ME ANOTHER $10.24! Asked me "wait 7 minutes." I stood in store 10+ minutes. Finally went to counter to ask about order. it was SITTING there with other orders. No apology, no "thanks for waiting." Basically was ignored even though I had to double pay and was polite. Staff definitely not careing about customer service.
