I recently had the worst experience with this place and to add it I was contacted by someone from the company who acted as if they were going to fix the problem and yet to do anything about it. This place is horrible and the management only responds to reviews to try and act like they care about their customers but they don’t. I highly recommend going to another pizza place because this place is no good.

We love the sausage pizza and green chile pepperoni. This is my wife's and my guilty pleasure. When we are both avoiding cooking dinner or need a night off to enjoy, we order Papa John's. Usually pick-up but sometimes delivery. We like calling to place our order and usually take advantage of any current deals they are running. Always ready ahead of the quoted wait time.

Ordered calzone pizza - got home and saw it wasn't even cut into slices and only like 6 pepperoni on the whole pizza. ? it was like a soft thin crust. Honestly 3 stars is pushing it

This was the nastiest pizza I ever had it was cold and under cooked and the stagf was rude and refused yo fix my order and hung up on Mr and would not answer their phone or gove me the corporate number or their names.i will never eat papa john's ever again it will always stay embedded in my mind as the grossest pizza and worst employees ever. They need to loose their jobs as they apparently don't take their jobs serious and are feeding people raw pizza gross.this happened at the San Mateo location in ABQ NM.

I have ordered pizza here before and it’s normally fine but I decided to try the new boneless wings. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. I ordered 10 boneless garlic wings and 15 spicy lemon pepper wings. What I received was ridiculous. I got a box of oil and 15 garlic wings, and when I say oil I mean like a good inch of oil in the box, they were extremely soggy and gross. On top of that I only got 8 spicy lemon pepper wings and they were the size of croutons, and barley any sauce. So not only did I get a completely incorrect order it was so soggy and gross it was not edible. I spent $20 for it to just be thrown away. I put in a support ticket for a FULL refund. I sat on hold for an extensive amount of time to never speak with the manager even though the option 5 is change/ cancel order or speak with manager. What if I needed to change my order? Y’all would just deliver it and screw your customers over. Absolutely ridiculous, I don’t understand why you have employees who can’t do a basic job. Very disappointing that we can’t even enjoy pizza or wings at home anymore.UPDATE: I drove to the store after sitting on hold for 45 minutes and was not given a refund but the employee on duty, Isaiah was able to remake my food for me. Apparently the delivery drivers were helping put together the orders since he was the only one on shift. Still not satisfied with having to go to the location but the food was much better second time around.

Horrible experience!!!! Food wasn't prepared properly. Simple order was placed. Bacon green Chile on all, pineapple on half, spinach on half well done.No Green ChileNo bacon1 leaf of spinach under the cheese and like two pieces of pineappleI'm sure customer service is important to this company seeing as they provide the public with food. None was observed here at all by the two gentlemen I spoke with. Very confrontational in a sense stating for me not to come in his house acting like this when in all reality I was being very civilThis is what I experienced ........I calledasked to speak with a manager he stated he was one. I just asked if the pizza can be made another day instead of being remade and sent out again by their crew granted they offered I just said I'd rather have sent out another time and asked for him to read my order back. HE HANGS UP???? I proceed to call back a few times and was placed on hold.7pm August 8thI decided to go to store seeing as I can't talk with anyone over the phone and it's literally right around the corner. I speak with a long haired person out of uniform and no name tags asked to speak with whoever I was speaking with on the phone or a manager.he said it was him (Wich he stated he was a manager) as I'm asking him why he hung up on me another gentleman out of uniform and no name tag comes over I ask them for the general managers phone number or the districts number whoever is in charge of this store.. they gave me a number to the district manager. Both were very rude and said they would not make my pizza I was okay with this seeing as I didn't want them to.... Nor did I ask them... Just asked them to put me on a list for another day I'm sure they did not.Anyway a simple screw up turned into a huge inconvenience for me and my family seeing as my kids did not get the pizza they wanted... Anyway hoping someone can fix this I'm reaching out to the district
