Ordered a medium pizza with toppings. The crust wasn't complete cooked, it was kinda gummy. They gave me spicy Italian sausage instead of regular. And I forgot that Papa John's has so little sauce on it. This was a sad reminder to order extra sauce next time. Now that Doordash has many pizza places including gourmet, I probably won't order again.

I gave the driver 57$ for an XL pizza and a 2lr drink. The driver said he didn't have the 20$ on him and went to his car for about 5 mins. Then he left and never came back. I called the store and told them about it and they said that they remember the guy and would make a note of it and call in the morning (it was 1am at the time so they had to close) they never called me back in the morning so I went to the location and they said that since the driver was from door dash they couldn't give a refund. They gave me their store number and said to contact door dash customer support, I got home and contacted them but they kept ending my chat and never gave any information or help. If you are ordering online make sure you have the right change because the driver won't carry any dispite what the place says.

The pizza was just slapped together with toppings not even covering the whole pizza. Sauces were missing. They cared more about trying to get a tip then they did about providing customer service. I would either drive to another Papa John's location or just go to another pizza place then to eat here again. When I filled out the survey and asked to be contacted, I never heard from them. I don't think they care about their customer service.Parking: The parking can be a bit of a challenge because there is a brew pub that uses the same parking lot. You can usually still find parking, though. You just might have to walk farther.

The night time manager on December 24th 2023 is one of the worst managers I have ever encountered in my entire life. She was rude abrasive unprofessional and even used scare tactics as well as physical slamming of doors to yell at her employees and me as a customer/doorDasher. I will continue to complain about this despicable person until she is demoted from her position and put back into pizza making or even better fired from the company. She is disrespectful She has no customer service skills much less the skills needed to run a successful crew of any company. She deserves to be fired for her blatant disrespect and disregard of customers and employees I'm literally disgusted with this location of Papa John's. Worst boss ever.

I went in last night around 1220-1230 to pick up a order for uber eats and deliver it. While waiting I asked the gentlemen about the menu and noticed the QR code and asked about ordering and guy replied we got nothing extra but it's up to the lady in the office, I suppose he misunderstood me. I assisted the manager with contacting customer that ordered from uber eats. As I left since it was before 1 I ordered something small and returned within 10 minutes. After I arrived on premises I entered the front door ecstatic and gave the lady manager a thumbs up thankful to get something to eat. Immediately she verbally attacked me accusing me of blantly disrespecting her and that I really shouldn't do so considering she's making my food. As I quickly tried to apologize she continued to verbally attack while cursing at me saying her driver had told me when I asked for free food that there was none that I asked 3 times and her driver joined her verbal attacks yelling and pointing at me. I kept trying to apologize and explain that there must of been miscommunication and that the driver must of misheard. She started to walk towards me and verbally threatened to assault me they both started to aggressively approache me and also put there hands on me to pretty much push me out the door. I left the store in panic while uncontrollably shaking in fear. I didn't even eat the order I paid for . Obviously the store had multiple cameras. So whom ever is in charge, really ought to review the footage. I will be pursuing recompense as well as informing the authorities while filing a police report on this matter.Update12/26/2023After much consideration all through Christmas I have come to a conclusion, obviously the manager that threatened me and believed the driver over a customer without verifying the lies he made up about me. I visually identified several surveillance cameras all through put the store so it was a possibility. I'm a straight forward open book, I'm a single dad whom only strives to provide the best opportunities I didn't have for my 11 year old son. I work several jobs, yes one is uber and another is in a behavior health setting with our states at-risk youth. So my conclusion is I can't provide not only my son but the kids ibwork with the tools and skills to over come and the mind set to do the right thing and i do the opposite. I will not while the lord guides my conscience let another person go through the horrific experience them two grown employees put in my path. Today I will be notifying the authorities and pursuing a police report in this matter. Them two ought be ashamed and papa johns I expected better, management should have the necessary leadership training.

Pizza was fine. There were three ladies working when I picked up my order. There was also a little girl, maybe 4/5 years old sitting up by the front register. I thought how sad at first but then realized she was barefoot with semolina and flour all over her barefeet next to where people are cashing out and getting theirs pizza. Won't likely be back again even though we order there pretty often.
