When I order food and am told it will be about 15 minutes then I will give them 20. But when 30 minutes have passed and they make excuses for not having my order complete that is when I start wondering. I ordered a small cheese, large stuffed crust sausage and garlic bread. They said that the cheese pizza needed to be done. Meanwhile 20 minutes after my order was put in they just started the med. Pizza. Excuse #1 the oven was moving slow. Funny how everyone else's food was able to be made nd either delivered or picked up. Excuse #2 we are very busy. Sorry, I think that is the laziest excuse ever. One girl told the young man, "give her a drink", when he asked me I sid no, I just want my food. After 30 minutes of watching orders get made and I still did not have mine I asked how much longer. I was told about 5 more minutes. I then requested a full refund. They young man handed me a receipt and said if you don't get it within 3 business days then I can call the Papa John's main office. All I have to say is, "I better get my money with no effort on my end". Never again.

we went to order pizza and they had the bread order and breadsticks ready but forgot make 3rd pizza and was told they was busy...while other pizza were going out!!!they had breadsticks and one of the pizza getting cold while the other one was being make making our food cold!!!should made em all once!!!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!I WOULDNY EVEN GIVE ONE STAR IF I DIDNT HAVE TOO!!!!!waited over 45min for order!!!!!

I would love to give a HUGE shoutout to Aliyah, the store manager at the 8201 Golf Course Rd NW location and her staff! Aliyah, was so super professional and amazingly helpful! I unknowingly attempted to use a coupon that was unfortunately expired and on top of that, entered an incorrect pizza selection. She had no idea that I'm currently working three jobs and studying to get into Nursing school. So needless to say, I'm pretty tired haha Anyway, she not only made sure to accommodate for the coupon inconvenience, but replaced a pizza that I'm pretty sure now, was sadly my fault. Aliyah, you are the nicest human being and have the upmost respect, decency and all around BEST customer service I've EVER experienced in my life! You truly don't see that much these days and you deserve the highest honor and praises! My family and I thank you so very much! 10 million stars

Not sure what the problem is but when I order a pizza with extra sauce I actually get less than normal sauce on the pizza. Why is sauce such an issue with this location? There is never enough sauce on the pizza even when ordering extra sauce!

The store was so clean and nice and fresh inside! The service was impeccable! The lady with red hair and glasses was super nice and smiled the entire time! I totally recommend this Papa Johns! I can’t forget to mention, “THE FOOD WAS BUSSIN!”

My favorite pizza here is the Shaq a roni.. 2nd is the Brooklyn style pizza. Both simple and delicious. The ingredients are so tasty and they compliment each other. Tasty and cost is great. Get some ?

Oddly, my first review disappeared. Employee was nice, but pizza was so undercooked I had to finish cooking it at home. Owner replied to to me to email them so they could make it up to me (I did), but received no reply. 1 ⭐️ for failing to make things right.

We ordered 8 large pizzas for a birthday party. The young man behind the counter was helpful with our order after the app crashed. The pizza came out right on time, and the kids enjoyed it. I'm rating it 1 star because the suggested tips are severely inflated. The suggested 25% time was really 44% of our total. Even the suggested 15% tip was 26%. This is incredibly dishonest and basically theft.

Chicken had a slight drizzle of sauce. Paid for an extra side of sauce and the cup they sent was less than a quarter full. Pizza was missing one of the toppings. Everything arrived just on the luke warm side of cold.
