My partner and I both attend the university and have been wanting to try this place. We ordered the rocket shrimp and the brisket pho. The food was pretty good! The pho came in a giant bowl with all the fixings, and was flavorful, but towards the bottom, we discovered a large piece of thick brown paper. We had no idea where it came from, but after that, and them forgetting the drinks we ordered, we probably won't be back.

This place is an absolute need. One million stars if I could. I remember when my partner and I first walked in: the store was opening Everybody was so welcoming, and we were given the best food ever. (We still are, this restaurant is fantastic.) This location is equivalent to the Ratatouille scene where Remy and Emile taste food together. I am Remy, admiring the quality of the food, my MEAL. I am also Emile, where I ravenously eat their food as if I were starving for three months, and this is the first thing I've seen coming back to civilization. You will never understand the craving for Phamily's food until you've had it. As for the hospitality, I love it. Ever since visiting this location from opening, I have felt the same welcoming atmosphere every time I step through those doors. I appreciate the hard work that Phamily shows to their customers through their food, so I hope more customers share the same energy when stopping by to eat! My review is about how Phamily's food makes me feel and how great the place is. Again, you must try something you like in order to experience the Phamily experience. I can guarantee you that everything on that menu is good. Even if it's tea, an entrée, a small side. Check out the place for yourself and see what grasps your interest!

Absolutely delicious food and kind staff. I love the look of the Phamily wall. The quilled birds are a nice touch. Very clean and welcoming. I'm from Maryland but when ever I come to Albuquerque I HAVE to visit Phamily at least twice out of my 3 day visits. I have never had a bad experience. A MUST VISIT

Went back again and got the fried chicken quarter. WOW. The flavor was fantastic and nice and crispy. I also got a Thai milk tea which was very good.

Cute phamily owned (couldn't help myself) boba tea shop with nice interior. The boba tea was really good. My friend had a smoothie which he noted was better than most places in town. I didn't have a chance to try their food but it looks like they have some good options. This is a great place to come hand out for a bit with a friend, date or loved one. The person behind the counter was really friendly as well.

They offer a stamp card here which is cool.I enjoy their house milk tea and Thai tea is pretty good. Popcorn chicken is delicious but the pieces are sometimes super small.

Update:We came again and the staff remembered us and help us with our order. The popcorn chicken is perfect as usual. Tried honeydew milk tea. My husband loves it. I had another strawberry smoothie with yakult. Highly recommend this place! We ordered several things over the phone for pick up. Two drinks, strawberry cream smoothie and winter melon tea. Both are decent and very good. For food, we ordered grilled pork rice (came with some pickled veggies), popcorn chicken with fried rice, popcorn chicken with fries and some spring rolls. Popcorn chicken is fried with basil, love this additional taste. Our order was missing fries, the staff offered help over the phone. Very friendly service and tasty food.

The food is to die for, it's a neat little place, the people are kind, and it's family-owned!! The service was quite excellent too, given they weren't too busy. I recommend the Taro milk tea!
This place has Green Thai Tea! Green Thai Tea isn't commonly offered so when I saw this as an option I was super excited. I ordered it with boba though it was on the sweeter side, it was cooked perfectly to my liking. I am pretty picky when it comes to boba and not every place gets the texture right, this place did. It was chewy, bouncy, and had that bite in the middle. There wasn't an option to adjust my sweetness, granted I usually like things a little less sweet, but I'm pretty sure if I asked it wouldn't have been an issue (next time). We also ordered the popcorn chicken with fries and for a hot minute I forgot I was in Albuquerque, NM! Hot damn these chicken thighs were moist, lightly battered, well seasoned (we ordered spicy), and an appropriate size. It's rare to find a place outside an asian populated area that does popcorn chicken and boba right!The staff was friendly and the owner even came out to greet us. I would highly recommend and come back if I'm ever back in town to support this Phamily own business.

The popcorn chicken and fries here are so good. Lightly battered moist chicken thighs were well seasoned and crispy. The French fries are well done just the way i like it. There are not a lot of places that offer green thai tea. The boba is cooked well and the texture feels good.I would definitely come back when im in town.
