The menu items are great! The customer service sucks every time I go. If anyone in front of you they act like you don't even exist. A little advice greet the next customer in line and say hi I'll be right with you. It's the little things.... Also wondering does this place only hire trans people or can normal people work there too?

I've had great experiences at Pink Pony. The soft serve is delicious, with unique and creative combos. The owner is extremely friendly and attentive. It's just a great little place to stop in for a quick fix.

4.5 stars I had been seeing a lot of chatter about Pink Pony from my boss and in the "ABQ Foodies" group on facebook. My first thought was that it was just simple soft serve, but it was so much more than that. The shop was around the corner from the main shopping center, so it was a little confusing to find at first. There is some seating inside and some benches outside, but as popular as this place was with seeing everyone come in and out, I think that should definitely be the main point of expansion. My mom got a root beer float and I the s'mores sundae (~$7). The marshmallows and toppings are all homemade (and the marshmallows come in several flavors). The sundae itself was a good size and topped with a gooey marshmallow. The brownie sundae also seemed to be a popular one. Love supporting local. 2024 #1

This is a marvelous soft serve shop! It's very small but charming, exactly what you would want in a soft serve place. The selections and prices are just right with friendly service. You need to visit this lovely shop asap!

Instantly SOLD, on the smell of the fresh baked hazelnut brownies as I walked in! Had to order their special, hazelnut brownie sundae with extra hazelnuts. It was too DIE for! Small but cute seating area. Service was quick and very friendly. Definitely going back!

Well I finally came to try it out! Every time I came it was on a Tuesday and they're closed. Well it's Saturday and I was near by. Great selection, homemade marshmallows and they even have cherry dip for a limited time. My ice cream was smooth and creamy with homemade strawberry sauce, it was lovely. They have specials too. It's kind of in an odd spot but it's worth finding and tasting their delightful options.

(Alvarado) So yummy - unusual flavors and classics Good friendly service I got chocolate + vanilla swirl soft serve in a small waffle cone with a cherry on top My friend got the Italian sundae - vanilla with hazelnuts, olive oil (yes, really olive oil) and salt. Both were really good!

Amazing service, I had the Dolly and it was delicious. Ice cream was super creamy, the strawberry sauce was sweet, but still had a little tartness that I loved. And the homemade toasted marshmallow was the best I have ever had.
