Pizza is good, but seriously cant wait until robots take over. Why you ask? 1. Robots wont bother me asking for a tip for a pick up order. 2. Robots will say "thankyou" when i grab my pizza to leave the store, instead of acting like a jerk because i didnt tip.For the people who tip in person for pickup, stop doing doing this your encouaging them.

The service was terrible, I am a doordash driver. The guys with glasses as soon as I walked in was being really aggressive and trying to degrade me on how I was doing my job. I have been a dasher and picked up multiple dashes from pizza hut. I don't like how he said " so your just one of those dasher who doesn't care about my job and how I am a trash dasher". Then he threatened to block me from dashing because it wasn't his way.

Service at this Pizza Hut is atrocious! Went in for an order and the guy there never acknowledged me and when he did came off rude and made it seem like I didn’t know how to pick up an order. He then also began to slander the driver that came in before me and told me that they had smelled bad. Not the best customer service. The star is really only for the food.

Too bad I am unable to post a picture to show why you should never order their boneless wings. Crumbs must count as a piece in their "8", piece wings. The bone-in were way more expensive than wingstop, so we ordered the boneless. Very disappointing. We wondered why the box was so light. Gotta hand it to them employees though, it was definitely 8 little pieces!!!

Was livid, the app decided not to work and jalapeno didnt go through on my pizza and wings. I asked the manager about it and he was a little rude then refused to give me a side of jalapeno even though I paid for it on the app. Then I got in my car and realized the both orders of wings I got were dry and one wasn't even the right flavor. Usually this is my spot for quality food and service with an uplifting atmosphere but after my after this visit I am very disappointed and upset and unwilling to return.

These meth-addict looking workers are the most unfathomably hostile people I've seen in a long time. Their delivery man was the only nice person there and he should be running the place. I did not get the names of a single person there, and they said they'd call the cops on me and asked me if I was recording them on my phone. Let me repeat that because that's exactly what happened. I asked to have the name of the manager and the employee who ganged up on me to kick me out, and in response to asking for their names, they asked if I was recording and that they were calling the cops. I can only imagine it was because I'm trans but I can't prove that. They wanted to kick me out because I needed to use their wifi to talk to my bank. I was not unreasonable with them either because I'm well liked at nearby businesses and when I asked them about the Pizza Hut here, I've got nothing but bad responses. I even went to another Pizza Hut tonight instead, and a delivery boy who overheard me talking about my experiences said, "Do you mean the Unser store? Oh yeah they suck."If an irate customer asked me for my name as a worker, I always gave them my name. If they think they can mess with my job security when I'm in the right, I dare them to waste their time. But these people are not like me. They wanted to hide their names and threatened me, and you shouldn't judge people by how they look but they both look like meth-addicts, and I know what those look like sadly. Screw this store and screw the people that worked there on 12/1/23. These freaking bullies shouldn't be running a pizza store and I'm not dropping this lightly.

Put in an online order at 730 went to pick up and the pizza was not ready. No big deal I’ll wait. But waiting 30min with no I’m sorry here is an order of bead sticks, a coke, or coupons. But Nope Nada, Nothing!!!

We have had multiple issues with missing items and our order being incorrect. Management always promises a credit to our next order but when we call in it's always mysteriously gone. Pizza hut as a whole is really good but this location is lacking. Charged us for what was supposed to be a comped meal and still forgot our drink their customer service is a joke.
