They got my order wrong again. Pizza hut 8700 Central Ave. Albuquerque NM. I tried calling for 35 minutes nobody answered the phone. Last time I ever order from this incompetent company. With no customer service. A Papa Johns customer forever since I had to call them to complete my order. Where Pizza hut didn't even give me my pizza. Just 2 orders of wings. You suck pizza hut. Incompetence at it's finest.

I am filing a complaint as I attempted to order on the app and continued to get an error message. " something went wrong". So I called in my order. A lady took my order. She stated they only had thin crust pizza. And also no wings. I went ahead and still ordered. 3 medium pizzas thin crust. I placed the order. I was given a time of 15-20 minutes. I proceeded to drive to the location when half way I receive a phone call from the pizza hut and a young lady states that she has to refuse my order and cancel it. They are out of pizza and she has to cancel my order. She stated no sorry or gave no apologizes. I told her I would like to speak with a manager to complain as it is inconvenient that I am half way there and denied service. She said I could file complaint online. So I am doing that. Very inconvenient of the the entire experience. I ended up giving my business to Dominos Pizza and even placed a bigger order. I will not buying pizza hut for a while due to this bad service experience.

Dried out old pizza delivered to us. Please order elsewhere. We had to eat it because we could not wait for another one to be delivered. Order from elsewhere do not give this place your hard earned money.

While i enjoy the pizza, I'm wondering why the cook was not wearing a mask and gloves. I watched him make about 10 pizzas and never washed his hands. How come he doesn't have to wear a mask to cook while i have to wear one to just walk in to pick up my pizzas. Very disappointed that i have to follow the rules but you don't

Tried to order deliver but could not get it done. Then I ordered for carry out and went to the location and o served total confusion in the store. While waiting for my order one of the pizza makers was working without a mask on. When I brought it to the Managers attention she had an attitude. Wow, and I was a paying customer. Not anymore! I would not recommend this location to anyone.

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! Avoid ordering from this pizza hut. Every single time they forget part of the order or they mess the order up completely. The managers make lame excuses. I can't understand how be busy makes up for so many mistakes. Not even a sincere apology from the manager. I have nothing against Pizza Hut. It's the people not the product.
I deducted one star because I called to place an order but got put on hold and forgotten about. After waiting over 10 minutes I hung up and called right back and was able to place my order right away. I deducted another star because when I went in to pick up my order I informed them of it and they didn't seem to care, they just said they are busy. I deducted another star because there was a hair in my pizza (that wasn't mine). Pizza was decent, front of the store looked clean. I don't order Pizza Hut often but I if I do in the future it won't be from this location. P.S. if you still order (pick up) from this location after reading my review keep in mind that the parking lot is kinda dangerous so be careful.

The service from this place has been sliding further and further downhill for the past year. When they say hold please they really mean I'm hanging up on you. That happened 5 times tonight alone. It usually happens on every call in just not this many times. Run the other direction to ANY other Pizza Hut but this one!!!!!!!!!!

One of my biggest pet peeves is ordering a pizza and asking for extra cheese and discovering there was no extra cheese. These guys did not disappoint! The pizza had a nice thick layer of cheese and it went down so nice. I tried their wings, not bad but they were set up a lot like Buffalo Wild Wings. What I mean is they cook the chicken and put the sauce on after it's been baked. Nothing wrong with that but I prefer the sauce to be put on while it's baking so it is baked into the chicken. To me it just tastes better that way. The cheese breadsticks are delicious! I over did it with the breadsticks because they were delicious. The pizza was not over cooked. I've had some places that over cook it and the crust is hard. This was not the case here! Perfectly cooked with delicious stuffed crust! So glad I called today! They delivered promptly and the entire order was extremely delicious! Next time I get lazy and order delivery I'm hitting these guys up again!
