The drive thru had a long wait (not their fault, they were busy). We ordered two personal pepperoni pizza meals and they said it would be a 10 minute wait in the parking lot (again not their fault, they were busy). We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then in the parking lot for 15+ minutes (longer than we were told). When they bring the meals out, one pizza was hot and fresh, the other one was old (definitely their fault, they both should have been made fresh). Making a customer wait for old food is inexcusable. If the area supervisor reads this, please contact me.

Good food and delivery time was about average, but if you are staying in a hotel and prefer to meet the driver in the lobby, dont expect the drivers to follow the customer's directions.

Stopped by to place a take out for order. They were moving to another location, and us being travelers, we were apprehensive about ordering thru a side door with no entrance. We were pleasantly surprised. Delicious Pizza !!! Thanks
Absolutely awesome Pizza Hut. The service was fast and super friendly. The pizza was the best I've had in years. Too bad we were only in town due to car trouble on our way to Vegas. If I get the opportunity to go to Amarillo, this will definitely be one of the first stops on my itinerary.

Poor customer service. Would not accept my fiancé's debit card for payment, as she was not with me. Never had this issue before and have used this method of payment, multiple, multiple times at this same store and even with the same employee. Employee was very condescending when informing me that they would not take my payment.

I tried to call in an order to dine in....but they told me they dont do dine in to call carlise and i ended up eating in...the line was a mess filthy and messy the employees are so rude no hospitality whats so ever...the pizza guy messed up my order...so i had them make me a personal pizza to correction...and the waitress is so rude...no tips...not going back to this location...i get better service on delivery else where

Crappy never coming back. Ordered a 24 peice wing and they asked what kind of sauce. I said ranch and when I get here they give me one. Then the guy was was rude when I said all I get is one ranch. Horrible customer service. Looks like buffalo wild wings gets my service from now. Willing to pay more for great customer service
