Rising Star is thee best place to eat in the North East Heights. There food is always delicious and they give you big portions. Lunch and dinner combos are reasonably priced. The service is great. Always smiling, happy faces when you dine in. Highly Recommended!!

Service was great! Very friendly and welcoming people. Got Pork Fried Rice with extra pork, Happy Family and Sweet and Sour Shrimp. All of the food was good to better than good but didn't quite hit great and portion sizes were medium. Will probably be back.
