Rocket Kitchen is the bomb for a well balanced nutritional chef quality meal. Since eating their food I've lost 40lbs and still going! Give Carlo and crew a try they are awesome! Highly recommended! Rocket on!

Focused on high quality nutrient dense food. The food was delicious. This is great for gym goers or those who want a healthy quick option. We will most definitely be back, when visiting Albuquerque. Excited for new locations to open in our home town of Phx one day!

I'm really not sure why they choose plain uncooked broccoli and plain rice in their meals. To me this isn't a substantial meal and extremely dull. Dieting and eating healthy doesn't have to be this way. Personally this is the most basic of meal prep, without any effort.

I paid $15 for their teriyaki chicken and it was just ok. The chicken was very dry and the meal came with only 3 pieces of broccoli. I also wasn't impressed by it being heated in a microwave right in front of me. Like I said, the food is ok but I won't be back because it's not worth paying that much for the lack of quality.

It's convenient. It's low-fat (I assume). But healthy? Just ate here for the second time. Both times my entrées came with broccoli... but only three tiny florets! I expect slightly more for a side of vegetables at a place that claims to be healthy. (And has a carrot in the logo, no less!). Eat here if you want something fast and maybe if you're trying to lose weight, but don't count on getting a balanced meal.

They keep raising their prices. You get one small meal for about 15 bucks with tax. Regardless, I've been trying to support local businesses and I went in to buy meals for my entire office for the week. I was told that I could not come in without a mask. Meanwhile there was a guy 10 feet away sitting at a table without one on. She said she would allow me to cover my face with my shirt while I ordered just this one time. NO THANK YOU. I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I walked out and I'm never going back.

My husband orders from here often when he doesn’t feel like meal prepping at home. The recipes are hit or miss. Our favorite is the street tacos, as they’re always good. Wishing they would bring back the blondies though!
