My wife and i each got the bbq pork plate. The bbq and sweet sauce was good not great. Dont mistake this for Caolina or Texas Bbq or even Ohio bbq. Cole slaw was good. The ribs were fatty and not good. Other people liked them. We did not. We also the the chips appertizer w 3 sauces. Chips were heavy, cheese sauce was eh, chili was a letter better and green salsa nothing special. 15 minutes for meal. Had to wait in line behind orderers.

I’m unable to comment on the food because the guy working the counter never took our order. We stood directly in front of him at the counter for several minutes while he talked on his cell phone and ignored us. It sounded like a personal call and he never greeted us or acknowledged us. We left and went to a restaurant that actually wants to serve their customers.

This place should close the doors forever. They are not in business for service. We went in and the guy at the front was making a personal phone call and never took our order so we left. He saw us and I actually was ready to order but he turned his head and continued with his phone call for 8-10 mins or more. We left and he was still on his personal cell phone.

Best nachos in the entire mundo! Chicken borracho nachos are my favorite and they are awesome enough to pack it so they don't get soggy if you take them to go. I legit eat these every time I go climbing.

Best Nachos in Albuquerque for sure I love these nachos and have been eating at S-A BBQ for years!! I always get the brisket nachos and change up the sauce. Today I had the spicy Zia gold sauce I love this place and you should give it a try if you're debating. Awesome service and great food. These nachos are my favorite craving

Ordered pulled pork plate and sausage plate, and both were good. Also ordered slaw n the side, and that's was def not worth ordering; it needed to marinate longer or something. I actually like raw cabbage, Japanese style, but this wasn't that, nor was it traditional American slaw, vinegar- or mayo-style. Stick with the barbecue though and you'll be happy!Tin Can Alley is like a food court made up of container cars with two-level seating in the middle. Great for travelers as it offers a good range of foods from different vendors, much like the food truck concept. The place was bustling when I arrived to pick up my order, but service was good.

Normally I love the bbq nachos. Today the front counter guy was AWFUL. Rude, on his phone, not trying to sell the nachos at all and when I'm about to order, yelled at the food stand 2 over about the speaker not working. I went to the taco place instead. Watched the same worker EAT AT THE COUNTER, so I took a pix and am sending to the company and maybe beyond. Seemed dirty and the employees were unkept. Witnessed a long haired employee get one Hawaiian roll, put meat on it and eat it in the preparation station. Not coming here again!

Flavor profile very good. I just expected a little more meat and a little less potatoes. The green chile mac and a fountain soda for just 3.99 to add to a meal is a pretty good deal. The staff was very nice. I'll come again I'll just order something else next time!

I absolutely love the Borracho nachos here. They are filling and have the best brisket on top. I'm a picky eater so I get a lot of the items on the side and they're usually able to accommodate
