First time trying this awesome place out! Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and caprese salad, it was really good! Can’t wait to dine in and try other dishes!

Great service and really good food. The only gripe I had was they need to toast their garlic bread a bit more.Wheelchair accessibility: My companion uses a wheelchair and could not use the disability stall because the door goes in, not out.

Sal knows how to make good, tasty food!Update- after eating at a couple of comparably priced Italian restaurants in Albuquerque I must say that Sal's is head and shoulders above for their food!

Pleasant place, nice little bar, good wine list and decent draft beer selection, and friendly staff. Hard to ask for more. Only wish it was open M-W I'd visit more

I love this place and have been a customer for years. Today I was insulted by a young man who served us.He repeatedly kept saying, “yes boss”, “right away boss”, “ok boss”. This happened 6 or 8 times. He has a typical scraggly scruff of facial hair and I am certain he’s a cool guy in his friend group, but referring to me the same way plantation slaves referred to the slave master in the hateful slave culture of the south was insulting. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and would like to think he is just ignorant, but stupidity is not a good excuse.Everyone at Sals has always been friendly, polite and exceptional during the frequent times we have dined there. Maybe it just requires some retraining for this one young man. It would be a favor to help him avoid a repeat of this incident.I look forward to future visits to a great restaurant.

20 years of the best Italian food we have ever had!!! My husband loves the seafood. I love the Spinach Calizone with many extras or the Petto di Pollo Piccata (chicken picata) with Fettuccini Alfredo on the side (It is worth the extra $1.) Our son loves the Cotoletta di Pollo Alla Parmigiana (chicken parmesan) with Spaghetti Marinara on the side. Entrées also come with soup or salad and garlic bread. Don't forget wine and dessert! ? ?

Not impressed last time I went.

The lasagna was delicious, maybe one of the best I've ever had, but the salad was horrible! My girlfriend liked her slice of pizza a lot. But she also was really not happy with the huge amount of horrible tasting ranch dressing they put on her salad. It tasted really sweet and really tangy. Like a horrible store bought salad dressing. I've bought better tasting ranch at Costco in huge bottles. The veggies in the salad itself were good. The service was also pretty good.

This guys are an absolute class act! Went in to buy a double espresso to go. When I went out of the restroom, they said they will just catch me next time. And the espresso was fabulous! More power to you guys and happy new
