I loved their soup, along with a lot of other items. To be honest though the service was ALWAYS horrible. Incompetent workers they messed up my simple order every time, it became a staple. I’m not surprised you guys have permanently closed. It wasn’t the environment or food though, it was the people you hired and had in charge who failed your business. Good luck in the future. I’ll miss your soup.

Our new favorite food spot! We gave this place a shot after driving past many times, wanting to check it out, and we’re SO glad we did! First time going, we weren’t sure what to get, and we’re overwhelmed with options. However the manager was super friendly, came over and chatted with us and offered us cookies after our ordering mishap. Now that we have gone back multiple times and found our favorite dish, the Mac ‘N Cheese, we’re HOOKED! The Mac ‘N Cheese is a huge bowl of cheesy goodness, topped with more parmesan and garnished. My husband adds meat to make his more protein packed. The pizzas here are fantastic as well, and just as tasty. The grilled cheese “panini” was also great, and paired with their tomato soup hit the spot. Lastly, those cookies are perfect! We can never leave now without grabbing some to-go. What tops it all off is they offer a military discount with ID, and that alone makes us want to keep coming every chance we get. Definitely 10/10 place and we’re super grateful to the wonderful team here at Sauce, give them a try when you can!!!!

Been here twice, I am saying 4/5 stars because the food was very, very good and the staff made some great suggestions. And the food was on point for what was recommended. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we were suggested one meal to feed 3 people which really wasn't enough. Went back to get more it just took a long time oddly for an addition. But that might have been this particular situation. I will visit again and update.

They charge you for things that you’re not getting. Charged full price for a pizza that doesn’t have any sauce or toppings. I ordered the spicy sausage and cheese pasta and there was no sausage in it. When I asked about the sausage the manager said there was sausage in it even though there wasn’t and was trying to charge me extra for the sausage that I had already paid for.
We tried Sauce for the first time tonight and we were very happy with the quality of our pizza. It’s hard to get pizza crust right at this altitude but Sauce’s crust was excellent—chewy and perfectly cooked. The service was really great. The manager herself checked on us several times and the wait staff was very friendly and courteous. An excellent fast casual option for Italian food.

I really wanted to like this place, from the outside it looked like a wonderful little spot to kill some time while waiting for a movie and have a small bite to eat and a few sips of wine. The menu sounded great, and it wasn't too pricy, but... the pizza was not baked all the way through, some of the meat was still cold, and the cheese was lacking, as was the sauce. If they had only left it in for about twenty more minutes instead of rushing it out, it would have been good, but it wasn't hot at all. They didn't even offer a glass of ice water along with the meal, everything was kind of done as if they didn't care. The place was empty and I guess I now know why, sad, this could have been a really good experience, but it wasn't. Not at all.

Fellow allergen pals, beware!For a place listed on all the allergen websites and reviews stating how helpful they are about it, the two people I spoke with this evening were not helpful at all about allergens. No matter how I explained I needed them to CHECK to verify there was no potato starch used for the cheese (it's used as an anti-caking mechanism on like 99% of cheeses that are pre-shredded), they just kept repeating that they didn't "add" any kind of starch. Well, yes, why would you? That's d**** But does it COME with it? Again repeat that they don't add any. Repeat that I have an allergy and the next two days will be spent in misery if I consume potato. State they don't use potato to add to cooking. No clear answer and they stated at one point that their cheeses come in bags pre-shredded. Explain again that that's usually where they'd have potato starch at, explain again why this would probably be the case. No movement from manager I was speaking with to go and check the actual bag. They then explain I could just order vegan if I'm worried. 1. vegan cheese usually has soy, which I'm doubly-allergic to and 2. if it's pre-shredded... that usually has potato starch too! So I ask if that has potato starch or soy and much to my horror/amusement/facepalming-ness they repeat they don't add potato to cheese. Just. Not. Getting. It. I ran out of ways to explain and finally told them if they would not check, I will not be eating here. They hung up. YIKES! As someone who is also allergic to gluten, I would not trust this place with my allergens even if it was limited to just gluten. Beware!

I tried this place for the first time, and while the food is incredible, the service is appalling! Once we had finished our meal, our glasses of wine were brought out, which was fine and not a big deal because they were busy. I noticed a lip stain on one of our glasses, which we pointed out to the manager who didn’t apologize and seemed noticeably bothered that we had brought it up. She goes and prepares a fresh glass of wine and pours the contents of the old, filthy glass into the new glass. She brings it back to the table but doesn't offer apologies or a discount because the glass was dirty or because it took so long for them to get our drinks out. Really dissatisfied with this establishment. Although the food was excellent and the cashier was very pleasant, the manager could use some improvement.
