I’m glad this location got two new employees that know how to provide great customer service. Zee is super awesome with his service and the new lady cashier is great, the old crew is lazy and very disrespectful to customers. Hopefully that old crew is gone soon. But the two newbies! Keep up the great work!

I'm door dashing and I see that there is only 1 worker up front and then I kept watching and no gloves were used, no customer service at all, and he had multiple bandaids on his fingers with no gloves and was handling food!!!! So disgusting ? I will not come back as a customer nor a door Dasher, need to work on health code and is not well coordinated. Sbarro is good love the food but if imma have a guy with long hair and bandaids with no hair bet nor glove touching my food I will refuse and demand a refund, I'll gladly take my money else where or take my door dashing else where. Work on your business and your workers or hire someone u can rely on to do their dang job

Familar with this company since cali and this place should call there pizza bread and smeared tomato only + burnt because they are so cheap with adding any cheese its digusting how the employees put none of it on the pizza!! Im paying for it should it not have some decent amout of cheese on it? Im not ordering heated bread with a smear of tomato on it!!! The boss/owner is probably dumb by teaching the employees to do this (money saving measure) & you can tell by putting little Specs of cheese!! And when i ask for extra cheese to put nothing more on it and paying extra!! What the hell guys come on now do I have to point this out to you so you van wake up and realize you gain more customers by not ripping them off on high priced pizza thats not even a pizza!? You will have alot more happy customers with people talking about you guys in a good way bringing more business (more steady income) if you made the pizzas correctly and not skimping on cheese and toppings! And make a few of them if your are worried about waisting and made to order instead of re-heating mornings cook. Plus stop burning them please! I have to tell myself no whenever I want to go get a pizza from you guys because its just pan and Im from California they made them nearly perfect there! Always busy at there locations too!!! Figure it out and maybe Ill continue being a customer again! For your sake and mine! Thanks good luck learn from your mistakes dont be Arrogant and cheap!!!!!!

Bought 11.99 combo that includes the coke. Saw the receipt and see I qas charged 1 dollar extra. I asked the cashier and was told $1 was for the drink, even though drink was included, then he said it was the taxes, that was not it, I asked for the manager and she quickly said that charge was because the slices had sausage on it, I told her there is nowhere that says sausage cost extra, She said it is not going to say anywhere, she gave me the ticket back, smirked and walk away, Very rude! As far as I am concerned I was robbed 1 dollar.

Honestly, the food just did not taste like sparro; it was poor quality: the cheese and sauce sucked. Furthermore, there was barely any oregano, basil, etc... . They said the oven was closed a 4 pm and said I could not order a whole pie. Although they had 5 slices which was equivalent to a whole pizza save one slice. I asked the guy if I could take them all as a whole pizza at a price of 21$(whole price) instead of 30$(summing up the prices of 6 individual slices); he said no, even though their was no disservice to him or the company in any way. I am for sure not coming here again!

Myself and my children came to eat at Coronado mall, and this is by far the worst service. The lady up front was extremely rude cussing at the other employees. I don’t know if she’s a manager or what her role is there . I will not be coming back .

To say i would rather eat little C's pizza than this places cardboard, would be mean but correct. I expect the price but these are old re-heated pizza at premium pizza prices. They don't even fill your drink up all the way leaving a good inch or so low. I would give this food to the birds.

Very rude when asked to speak when I couldn’t hear the person taking my order ,he proceeded to slam the oven door and give some attitude and then when I was paying for my food I payed and the. Asked for some ranch and the employee was very rude about telling me it was 85

I got the bacon, sausage and pepperoni Stromboli. It was good but could have been better. It wasn't that warm and I could tell it had been sitting out a couple hours already. The cheese inside was more congealed than melty.
