Really want to love this place, but now it's only a "like a lot."Staff are great, food is tasty and love that there are several good side dishes to choose from. The only complaint is that it seems everything is sandbagged and served not hot (including wings tenders and fried pickles). It comes out very quick, but I would rather wait a few more minutes to have fresh. As busy as they are, I wonder why the food is sitting so long after cooking.The tender chain down the road beats here in regard to freshness, but I would rather Slims be my go-to for the extra variety. The desserts in a jar are worth coming back for, so hope for a day that we get everything nice and hot.

I am eating here for the first time right now, I did a to go order and took it home. We ordered the chipotle ranch sandwich, tender meal, and fried pickles. We were super excited, upon first notice we saw the chicken sandwich was small compared to other chicken joints. The tenders were not very crispy and slightly cold. I saw the sign said "made to order" but it tastes like it's been sitting around for an hour. I also found a hair mixed in the batter of the tender. Yes there are many sauces but all weren't that good except the chipotle ranch. Unfortunately the fried pickles were extremely salty and overcooked/dry. Don't think we'll be back. About $30 too much for the food. Actually it is worse than KFC.

They have forgotten items or given me the wrong order a few times but the food is always hot and really good. Never had an issue with them fixing their mistakes.

Worse chicken. So over cooked , like leather. Should have been notice by kitchen staff. Also way over priced for the portion size. Canes is much better.

I came here a few weeks ago and got chicken strips as well as wings and I was insanely disappointed, my wings were undercooked and I got sick. I told the manager and she told me a lot of customers complain that they are pink... very disappointed I wish I was refunded. I probably oh won't be back sadly.

Yummy! Tenders a little dry. Lots of options tho. We got drive thru and I wish they used parchment or something for the wings, the Togo box was soaked.

I have read the reviews and they're is usual good and bad about everything in life. New places that serve food get more bad reviews. The first time I knew the place needed a few more weeks to iron out the tweaks. The 2nd time was much better. The desserts are yummy as well! The service was Fast and the Bussers came by our table plenty. It was very crowded but service was still great. The Ambiance wasn't something I paid attention to. Since I wasn't there for that. If you havent tried Slims because of the reviews try it for your self. I met the manager, Ruby or Rose I can't remember I told her I would write a review and here it is. Form your own like.
