Hello, I went in to purchase cupcakes. The older man who attended me made me feel uncomfortable. He did not make me feel welcome or nor did he acknowledge me, before i could even order he asked me how i would pay. It’s unbelievable how horrible customer service is nowadays.

I really love their cupcakes! The only down side that makes me not want to come here is the guy that works at the front. He’s not friendly in the slightest, each time I’ve stopped in. It feels as though he wants you to leave the second you come in. Cupcakes are outstanding, though! Customer service could just use some work.

I finally decided to give small cakes another try today after 5 years and I do not regret it. Call it fate if you will, but I peeked in the window and was met by a smiling employee. He was an absolute sweet heart! I didn’t get his name, but I ended up buying a cake and a Valentine’s Day box of cupcakes. I hadn’t been in for years due to a bad interaction with a former employee there. That being said, he absolutely restored my faith in the company and I’ll be coming here for my sweet treats from here on out! Thank you, amazing person! I’ll not forget your kindness!!

So happy I found this place. Cupcakes are beautiful, fresh/moist and delicious. Purchased 14 for a 70th birthday party. Everyone loved them. Cupcakes are always a better option than cake because you can have several flavors. They also have a couple of mini cake options, if you want cake. This is now our go to place for desserts. Also, they have a nice box for transporting your cupcakes. No problem with the cupcakes moving in the box and getting mashed up. You could put a bow on their box for a present!
