Placed an order for four drinks (cream slushies) slushies with ice cream in them...anyways they brought out someone's order before mine that arrived after I did. I asked if they had just been sitting there the whole time my app said the order was completed and I still hadn't received it....she said yes it has been. I asked of they could remake the order they not only refused but didn't give me a drink carrier and I had to ask for my straws. She was rude and I was unable to cancel since she had already completed it at least 5 minutes prior to bringing it to me.

It needs a zero . Pulled up to the park area pushed the button and waited and waited. The drive thru girl looked at us, the manager dressed in blue with a head set on stood at the door looked at us, stayed staring then turned her head and walked away. No one ever said hey it doesn’t work or can you come thru drive thru instead. No customer service what’s so ever. So me and my family and our money are going somewhere else. I will never recommend sonic!!

They're just a bunch of entitled little kids trying to run someone's business. I just called because my order was wrong and got hung up on. FIRE THEM ALL!Maybe I'll open something near by. These people obviously don't care about the neighborhood!

The only thing I could possibly complain about is that the shake machine is always getting cleaned three times a week apparently and during the day. I love the oreo cheesecake mastershake. I get one every day and have to drive to two different locations because of the machine being cleaned. It should be done after dark during closing or when operations are slow. Other than that I love the place. I love the French toast sticks!!

All of the ice cream products were wonderful. The food was decent but the DRINKS WERE TERRIBLE. Powerade was severely watered down, and we paid for a "slush" but it came out a light ice drink.The only reason I didn't send anything back was because the service was terrible. I would rather leave than wait and try to reason with them. The girl taking our order was very short with us and quite frankly rude -- even sighing as I was continuing to order, as I asked "everything okay?" She responded "I'll be better when you finish"Awful service.Decent food.Average experience.

There are so many broken stalls. I pull into one, It's broken, so I pull into the next, broken. The next, broken. And I can't see if they're working or not unless I either pull into the stall or drive past it. Then, if there's a vehicle behind me, I have to drive all the way around the building to be able to get the stall that I saw working. Sometimes, I don't want to be driving in circles, so I leave even though there was something that I really wanted from there.
