They are very VERY rude. I am a uber eats driver. The order was not ready, which is fine (even though the order was just 2 soups), but they made a point to come out and tell me off for standing near the designated pick up area, despite their entire dinning room being completely empty (I was not in the way, I was simply standing mear the bar instead of sitting). Would never eat here and will not take orders from here again.Update, while waiting: They then proceeded to sit at the other end of the restraunt, eating, taking about me in spanish, apparently assuming I could not understand them. This place is awful and they have no manners.

Ordered menudo that arrived rotten. You could tell once we opened the container. The broccoli cheese seemed to have non of the two items in the name. We all got sick after eating. Never

Can't stand this place. I wouldn't eat here if it was free. Never know what goes on behind closed doors and they take forever. Not a prepared kitchen at all, they seem to be able to handle only one order at a time. They have no smiles, no pleasantries or common sense.

Ordered here for the first time today and everything was absolutely incredible. Please be reminded this isn’t all NM style, I had their pozole and it is straight from Chihuahua. It’s Incredible. Sopa de fideo was bomb, so was the caldo de pollo. They packaged everything so wonderfully, not a single drop spilled.I asked for limes on the side and they gave me a whole box full of tortillas and limes, along with cilantro, onion, and rice!! This place is an absolute GEM.Their sopa was so tasty, I could even enjoy it with loss of taste from COVID lol.DONT THINK ABOUT IT, JUST GO HERE!!!!!!<3

I was having a hard day. I wanted some soup to remind me of my mother. This food will make you feel whole and warm, after a cold long day filled with stress.I ordered the Menudo y Pozole, and they even threw in a piece of pie. Absolutely lovely tamale's. I have to admit I was very skeptical of their tamales at first because I've had them from all places, all colors, all nationalities. However after having me a dozen or so, absolutely lovely, like an orchid.
Un lugar decente para buenas sopas! Las ventajas de sopa loca es la ubicación y además el hecho de que cierran hasta tarde (10PM). Encontré este lugar cuando necesitaba caldo/sopa de pollo y ningún otro lugar estaba abierto! El lugar está más o menos escondido porque está adentro de El Bandido, comparten el mismo local. No probé ninguna otra sopa más que la de noodles y pollo y la de pechuga de pollo y ambas las recomendaría.

Delicious food! Best soups in town ? Tres Leche cake is superb! Staff went above and beyond to safely wrap our items and everything we ordered was present. Highly recommend this restaurant
