the staff here makes below minimum wage and can’t even afford anything on the menu. the owners are parasites living off all their employees labor. **I asked the manager who interviewed me what her hourly rate was and she said $11… should have been a sign to run** ***please do research on potential employers the reviews (and replies) speak for themselves***

Stood in line for over10 minutes while 2 girls sat near the back talking. When they saw me neither even acknowledged me standing there. Just kept talking and completely ignored me.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The ice cream is mediocre, but more importantly, you can tell the business owners don't care about their employees.

We loved the juices. Really convenient location as it is close to gyms! They have also açaí bowls

This was my absolute favorite ice cream place in ABQ but I would never pay these prices for Blue Bunny. The Red Chile Chocolate flavor was the best in town no contest, but I can get generic flavors anywhere. I know it costs more, but please don't sell out to just sell pre manufactured ice cream. You're going to lose loyal customers by selling an inferior product.

They don’t do nitro anymore. Just regular ice cream. They should remove the nitro fog out of their name.

Mid recipes. Underwhelming customer service. Should’ve made my own instead of thinking this would be a treat.
You sold out Nitro Fog. You guys used to be the best and stress USED TO. Now... not good at all. My family and I would drive out of our way to go there. What happened to the good ice cream you guys started with? Bring that back!! If you keep selling what you have now. I recommend people buy hagen daaz at the grocery store. At least you know it'll be consistent.

The menu said this was a locally brewed root beer float. I was not informed at the time of ordering they were using a product that I can get anywhere. I didn't complain because the kids behind the counter were probably just doing what they were told, but for $10 I expected better.

This used to be my favorite place to get ice cream in Albuquerque. Heck, in all of New Mexico. Went in tonight and discovered that they no longer make their own ice cream. I was so disappointed but saw there was a line of ice cream flavors in a freezer. I asked what brand it was and was told it is now Blue Bunny. From the best ice cream to the cheapest brand. How sad.

Incredibly bland flavorless overpriced smoothies - bananas tasted unripe, you could barely taste the berries, and it tasted like they used too much ice or water because they were watered down, also the lady working there had an attitude and didn't seem happy to be there. Me and girlfriend thought it was a waste of 8 dollars for a small smoothie. The only nice part was the green jeans area and balcony. Not coming back to this location unless maybe to try the açaí bowls cause the smoothies suck.

Asked for a strawberry milkshake, it took the girl with short hair 25 mins to make it. Be careful. I tried it but couldn’t drink it. Wast of 10.00. I wonder if the camera is watching what the employees do to your order. I kept seeing her add about 10 scoops of ice cream over the 25 mins. Could she have done something to the milkshake?
