They were open at 5:30 which is a plus when you're living on East Coast time and needing coffee on a Monday morning. That said, the wifi was not working and there were a limited number of power outlets. I did not order a coffee and did not stick around.Parking: Easy parking for the Sprinter van.

Went through drive-thru they got my order wrong had to get down so they could fix it. The girl at the counter wanted me to go stand in the long line at the cashier and I told her I just came from the drive thru. Manager was annoyed. The drinks that he remade were supposed to be a Grande and they were only 1/2 full. One of the drinks tasted like water down mocha. The other they would not do half a shot even though we have ordered it this more many times. Drinks were horrible especially for the price.

I walked into Starbucks, a relatively empty Starbucks, no one said anything. Hello, nothing. The only interaction with someone was when I asked for the pin the bathroom. The guy had a huge attitude. Maybe upset I interrupted his personal conversation with some other fella at work. (Boyfriend maybe) Floor was flithy, and no one would come to the cash register to take my order. Even tho rude dude was two feet away, still talking. ?

Despite being pleasant, their incompetence shines through. My drive-thru orders were botched twice, and they seem to assume all drinks should be hot, even in scorching 90+ degree New Mexico weather at 2 pm. Their failure to inquire leads to unnecessary remakes, which not only inconveniences customers but also hampers the efficiency of the establishment, impacting sales. I sympathize with the owners for this operational oversight.
