I never go to starbucks but my partner wanted a starbucks drink so went to starbucks. I was reminded why I stopped going to starbucks. So I get there and there’s a line in the drive thru, I don’t mind waiting, but if I would have got in the line I would have been holding up incoming traffic or I would have cut off someone who was at the stop sign waiting to be next. So I decided to go inside. I placed my order, it came out to $15 for two drinks. That’s crazy ridiculous. For some drinks? Well in addition I gave the employee a $2 tip.I’m waiting, 20 mins goes by, I see the girl in the car at the stop sign leave with her drink and I’m like clearly that was not the right decision. So I give them 5 more minutes. There are people coming in and waiting at the bar, I suppose they placed their orders on the mobile app. Either way I’m done waiting.I request to cancel my order. So she starts to ring up my order and she’s ready to refund me. She comes up with $15.48. I’m like wait a second so I check my bank transaction I’m like it was $17.28. Shes like did you put a tip? Yes I did. She’s like I can’t refund that back. Im like let me speak to your manager. She’s like I am the manager. My goodness. So she ends up refunding me back with cash.It was not a good experience. Please give these people the access to do refunds. It will be a smoother process if Starbucks equipped and trained their employees properlyThey should also hire more people to make drinks if they can’t keep up with the demandsI won’t be going back to this location and I will try really hard not to go to starbucks anymore. I have no business in there

Light ice wasn’t light ice. My matcha latte that I ordered with oat milk tasted and smelled like it had actual milk in it. I had stomach issues later because they probably used actual milk instead of oat milk in my drink.

Service was good, drinks rated great. Music wander to loud and temperature was nice. We usually bring in our own Starbucks tumblers to get refilled however they are filling these up how they should be. I ordered venti drinks and within a few minutes of sitting the drinks settled and it was obviously noticeable that the drinks were not venti ... more like grande. It's just sad because the baristas used to take time and make sure the cups or full, not so much these days.
