To begin with, a man who serves in the mornings is very rude and is always in a bad mood, if he is upset it is better for him to stay home and not treat customers badly!! Very bad Starbucks, this guy ruined my day, with his bad attitude! Appalling.

Mostly small tables for individuals. Teenagers love coming here to hang out. Fast, friendly service. Not great for working, as there is limited table space or outlets. Plenty of parking. Clean and safe part of town.

I was a bit grumpy with the cashier yesterday when I went to pick up a large breakfast order for work. I'd sent an employee to get it and she said they told her they didn't have the order, so I'd made a special trip. Well, the employee told me she was at the Starbucks at Montgomery and Juan Tabo...but when asked later she said Montgomery and Wyoming! I've been full of guilt ever since and owe their awesome team 5 stars! The hot breakfast items were enjoyed by all.
20$ for 2 coffee. Does that still count as a guilty pleasure or is it beyond that?

Purchased 2 bags of coffee beans. Asked to have it ground coarse. Got home to make coffee in percolator. Coffee was ground fine. Another customer lost.
