Stopped in to try new boba place and I was happily surprised. Great service and even better drinks. Would like to go back and hang out, maybe play a game. Highly recommend.

The boba was absolutely delicious!!!!!! The lady who worked at the counter was a total sweetheart as well, recommending the top favorites and all! Plenty of drink for a good price and such a pretty vibe inside the small building!! For like 3 bucks more you can get a cute prize hidden under your cup!! Sooooo worth it!!! Go here!!!!!

I stopped by to grab a quick drink and was left with a sweet surprise as a celebration of Lunar New Year. I was not familiar with the tradition of the red envelope, but was handed one out the door as a symbol of luck! It had a single dollar in it- but the thought behind it was so special. I love that this local business is taking steps to make personal connections like this. They shared a great story with me, and left my evening with a smile! Boba was great- but that personal touch sets them apart from the crowd! Thanks Starry Moon!

Stary Moon Boba Tea is a good place to stop in for a drink. One thing I wish is that you could select a size because I wouldn't normally get a drink quite this large. The cups are high quality and reusable for yourself (it would be great if they did an in-house reusable cup program). Service was great, quick, and our questions answered. It was quiet when we came in as the only patrons, but I enjoyed it. A good place to read or hang out with friends and play a game. They did have games on one wall.

Similar to other reviews, drinks are great but staff is awful. The employee helping me seemed so bothered to help or answer the couple questions I had about flavors. When drinks were ready, I said thank you and he just turned around and walked off before I was even finished talking. This is a perfect example of how bad service can ruin the experience no matter how great the drinks are.

My daughter wanted boba late and we showed up 15-20 minutes before they closed, the doors where locked and the 2 girls were ignoring us. Wont bother trying again.

The boba phenomenon has definitely taken root in Albuquerque. Starry Moon is set up in a busy strip mall, but looks inviting from the outside and is relaxing and appropriately kitschy on the inside. Perhaps it was the time we showed up, but it took a good while to place our order and the staff came across as annoyed we had showed up. In their defense, it appeared they we're filling several large to go orders and the two of them could only go so fast. We both ordered a shake. The shakes where cooling, but watery, and melted rather quickly in the mild spring day, so it would have been a big letdown in August. Going back in a few weeks to give Starry Moon one more chance before I add or remove from my Places To Go List.

Just went in to buy two drinks, the girl with short black hair was rude, felt like I was disrupting her personal phone time. Asked for a receipt and she gave me attitude. Love coming to this location but the last three times have been bad. Employees talking on the phone via AirPods to where a customer can hear their conversation is not making a customer feel welcomed.

Drinks were fine but girl taking order had no customer service skills. No greeting, couldn't answer (or didn't care to) answer menu questions, no friendly demeanor at all. I have dietary restrictions so I had just a couple easy questions but was countered with indifference and a vibe that I was just a bother. No gloves to handle fresh fruit as previous review stated. I did not feel good spending my money here. Disappointing experience. I hope staff's customer service skills improve, learn to love to serve people, everything you do, do it with passion and joy. Just a hello and a smile goes so far.
