Some of the food was fine but the crab legs had weird discoloration on the meat and was cooked into oblivion. I don't even know how you over cook crab legs. Staff seemed annoyed that people were there. The san Mateo location is usually great but we moved to the Westside recently. If you're on the Westside just do Crackin Crab instead

Horrible! The fried catfish was gummy. The crab cakes were awful. The fried rice is made with peas and corn and SPAM! The only thing we had that was good was the iced tea and the hush puppies.

That food came out delicious. The service was great too. And this is the location where you can find Ramen!! I'm definitely coming back here! #Naruto #

Food was mediocre at best. For the price, the food was not very good, and the oysters were warm. I didn't even eat them, and I was still charged for them. Almost $100 for two people and not very much food. The snow crab was like it had been reheated, not very tasty even with the seasoning. I will not go back but go at your own risk.

Food was great. We got the build your own combo with shrimp and crab in mild cajun. The shrimp is deveined which is what we were looking for. We went for lunch and the service was great.

The food was amazing to say the least, we tried the ramen and we all loved it. Definitely recommend and is currently our third favorite ramen in the country. (At the time of posting)

This location serves ramen with an incredible broth that I give five stars and loved. I had spicy Korean, my husband had black garlic tonkotsu. The broth for both was fantastic. Unfortunately they used the cheapest maruchan noodles for their ramen which left the meal largely tasteless. After a few bites we agreed to strain our bowls and save only the broth. This place would be incredible if they used ingredients equal to the potential the chef has.

If you don't like a mess, not your place. Very messy, but very good!!!It's not a place to go on your first date if you don't want to splash your date with some crab meat, lol...It's definitely a must try. There is so much to select from.

We placed an order for two Fried Crawfish baskets with Cajun seasoned fries. The catfish was cooked perfectly, the breading was soft yet crunchy, and the fries were almost impossible to stop eating. Will definitely be ordering from here again. We were greeted by the staff, and it was a very nice atmosphere.

The snow crab legs had no favor, was over cooked, no customer service, requested a Manager no one showed up. Was given $3 off the ticket. The snow crab was not cooked in a bag, the Cajun was not Louisiana style, the seasoning was different from the San Mateo location. The food had zero taste, I thought it was the one I ate first but it was the hold tray. The butter really stood out. When I called back to speak with a manager he didn't understand what I was saying, he said it is like that, you should've told me when you were in the store. I Google the headquarters of the chain and I have where to address my dissatisfaction and the disgrace of the chain name. We ordered the 2lbs get one free with a lb of headless shrimp. Sincerely, A dissatisfied customer.

This location is not it for me. They don’t mix everything together in a bag, and apparently they only give complimentary bread to people who order the the “buffet style”, but I saw everyone else in the restaurant get the bread. They rushed us to give us the check to get us out of there. We love the location on San Mateo, WAY different atmosphere. I don’t wanna say but we got a racist vibe. Everyone else seemed to be getting the best service but us. Crab legs we not the best.

We have got here many times always had great service until tonight. We order two soups my husband did not find his appetizing so he asked to exchange it for a boil which was 3 times the cost of the soup. Had a hard time understanding that I didn’t like the soup and had 2 bites of it, told them I’m not gonna pay for the soup and they started arguing with me. Instead of acting professional, the girl waiter laughed and made a scene in front of other customers once we said that is did not taste good. Told them I’ll pay for the one I ate entirely and kept arguing. Left them 20 on a 14 dollar soup that still sucked and left. Would leave no stars if we could.

All things considered, was a good experience I like my seafood on the higher end, this is get your hands dirty eating Quick sit down and fast service, they run this place like a machineNeed a drink? They are on it....want to order more, they have you covered Want to write on the walls....yep....that tooYounger folks in our party of 6 had a good time and everyone had enough to eatRemember....you can always order more if you don't order enough 1st try

I looked at the menu and was going to order the Gumbo but they didn’t have that. So I went to order the Jumbalaya & what a shocker, they didn’t have that either. I ended up with the clam chowder that was thin & appeared grainy. Even with crackers it wasn’t very good. The order taking could use a bit more attention to detail. There’s soo much open space in the bar area, they could put 6 more 4 tops or 8 - 2 tops to increase seating.

The seafood dinner was delicious. I have two problems, the coffee was too bitter and there was no milk to put in the coffee. The cheesecake was good but it was frozen. It was difficult to cut. Otherwise the seafood was super good!
