Customer Service is not practiced at this location. I walked in The employee was helping someone else’ one was on break eating his lunch, so I was patiently waiting in line for my turn to get helped. as soon as he cashed out the customer in front of me he literally walked right past me and didn’t say a word. continued cleaning up the previous mess from the customer which was OK but at least; hi how are you? Had a great lunch, workers are very friendly and kind, can’t wait to visit again. Seeing some great improvements from the last couple years, wish there was cheese to go with the pretzels tho,Wheelchair accessibility: Is very nice to have a ramp basically to the door

The old lady I belive her name is Michele was extremely rude and antagonize me for no reason she gave me an extreme amount of attitude and disrespect for just placing a order that every other subway has no problem with do not go here and waste your money
