Go to firehouse subs instead....I ordered online and arrived when it was supposed to be ready. Upon entering it was not ready and i heard them give my order to someone else. I then said my name and he said he does not have any record of my order. I showed him my receipt and then he said "its gonna be a while". Then two more customers came in and all the guy said was "you guys are gonna have to wait". Owner needs to manager this store better. I waited 20 minutes for my order, go anywhere else!

Worst subway in the city, workers ignored me for 10 minutes while refusing to acknowledge anything else going on and when asked how long it would be they just scowled. Closes early, opens late, avoid at all costs unless you wanna waste

Horrible experience as a past employee!The employees are treated awfully. The assistant manager steals money, and the manager just lets it happen. There has also been an incidence where an employee will steal all the money from the tip jar right in front of the managers face and he does not fire them. He is heavily biased towards certain employees. Don’t waste your time coming here. There is a reason why many employees quit after just a short amount of time being there.

As another reviewer mentions, you already know what a Subway is like in terms of the food. This one is notable in terms of its friendly and welcoming customer service, even during periods of rush. They were slammed yesterday and the manager told me that he'd kept one employee over hours and called another in early - yet both of these young people were friendly ("So how's your day going?," while making my sandwich in the middle of a rush), upbeat and completely efficient. An off-duty employee bringing in paperwork ran to get the door for me as I entered. And the place was totally clean and I got out of there in a flash, despite the fact that the line I saw when I pulled up was almost daunting enough to prevent me from entering. And my sandwich was a top-notch Subway sandwich! Kudos to the manager for running the place so well and to the employees for their work ethic and spirit - visit this Subway outlet with confidence.

Ordered online and got delivery. I ordered directly from their website. The driver never contacted me, stood outside the building and waited for him. He drove up, ignored me, never called, took a picture of our building and drove off. The app said our food was being returned to the store and to call for redelivery. Called over 15 times to try to get ahold of someone and this store does not answer their darn phone! They stole my money and my food and I am so angry.

Tried ordering through their website and that will never happen again. Both the restaurant and door dash driver messed up so horribly we are still angry about this. We order and the driver took a picture of the side of the building, ignored my friend when trying to flag them down for the order, then stated they couldn't get in touch with us, tried calling over 12 times and finally had to call door dash to hopefully get refunded in 2 days because even they couldn't reach the store. This store is a joke and I hope it shuts down.
