I arrived with 3 friends and the store was very busy. I was worried that the wait may be too long but I was wrong. The three people behind the counter were FAST and very friendly. All of our food came out great and we were happy!

Put my order in and got a notification it was done/ready. When I get to the register they hadn’t even started it they admitted to leaving the order on the counter and never starting it. I wasn’t offered a refund or chips or drinks or anything at all not even an apology 6 ppl running around not knowing what to do.

Well, unlike Burger King at the Spokane airport, these folks do honor coupons, and they don't charge more just because hospital visitors are a captive consumer. Sandwich artists are friendly and jovial. Veggies seem a bit fresher than their other locations, which have been having a rough time for the past 4 or 5 years.Wheelchair accessibility: They're in a major hospital, so everything is wheelchair friendly.

We were visiting/ sleeping at Presbyterian hospital for over a week due to my son's illness. We would eat here often, and it was convenient to just take a short walk from the room.

Super great service! The manager is AWESOME! Fresh produce. Little know fact is that they have pretzels, cinnamon and sugar, salted, plain, and cheese dip. The pizza is great too. I just wished that they would put more cheese on it without asking ?

They never seem to follow their hours anymore. Says they are open 24 hours yet doors are locked at 10:30pm. All the lights are on but no one ever picks up phone. It's very inconvenient as an employee when the cafeteria isn't open and you're relying on them to follow their posted hours and they don't but they won't update them either as if the employees decide to close based on their own whims.
