I went with my dad and my nephew. I had a terrible experience. Missing receipt and 5 tacos. Went up there on bikes, front door was locked so went through the drive thru. When we got up to the window they hesitated to serve up but took the 30$ and handed us our food 5 minutes later. Dude came outside and told us that we couldn't do that. Even after rounding up to pay for someone's college fund, they still gave attitude. Tried to call up the store, line constantly busy, even though hardly anyone was there. Had to call another store to get a corporate number and currently still waiting. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!

So I made an online order for dine in at this Taco Bell for me and my mom. We both downloaded the app on our phones and got the deal they are doing for the box, $1 on your first order. Took about 7 minutes to walk over there since we live close by. Doors were locked, so we had to go to the window. The guy gives my mom her order but said someone had just picked mine up. Like what? You are telling me some stranger gave the correct name for my order that I made not even 10 minutes ago? He was annoyed that he had to make another box that I paid for. I'm broke and hungry and just wanted my food. Don't act like I did something wrong because you gave my order to someone else. Not that I even believe that, though. If you don't want to honor deals on the app, just say so instead of lying to my face.

If I could leave negative stars. I would. Put in an order thru the app. They didn't warm up the tortilla nor the chalupa bread, so the tortilla was hard and cold which made my burrito cold, the chalupa bread was so soggy, and pasty, chalupa hardly held together. Plus I was missing items from my order. I called to see if I could go back and get them the next day, I live very far to go back that night, no one would answer. The crew was rude when I got there ans seemed very sluggish. Do yourself a favor and go to any other locationThis one has just gone too far down.

It's gotten worse in the three years since we moved here. Taco bell used to be a decent meal with a little flavor, tasty meat, fresh lettuce, and decent cheese. The tacos we had tonight tell the story of decline. The "meat" was more like potted meat in a can. The flavors of the cheese, lettuce, "meat," and shell were identical. No ingredient was distinctive from another. It's edible, but at this point, you might as well just squish it all together and make a bar of taco.We'll make our own from now on.
To much money for 6 little tacos $13 bucks. There was only was one gentleman who was sincere and helpful.

I emptied my soda outside my car to make room for the drinks i was receiving from the drive thru. The drive thru guy opens the window and throws a bucket of water out the window and tells me, "Don't do that you are making the concrete dirty." The concrete is literally black from all the tire marks. I don't know what it is about this taco bell, but I have noticed this Taco Bell has the least friendly employees compared to other Taco Bells. It seems like everyone who works there is miserable.

i ordered delivery from this location and let me tell you, this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever experienced. online it didn’t give me an option to order crunchy tacos instead of soft, so i tried calling the store. For about 15 minutes i got a busy signal, so i decided to call my delivery driver. She asked if we could change our 4 tacos to crunchy because it didn’t let us online. The manager Ramon refused and said they were already made and there was nothing he could do. I told him i had been calling the store and no answer! He replied we don’t have a phone as if i am supposed to know this. Not only was he rude and disrespectful to me but also my delivery driver. He did not try to resolve my issue at all. i’m top of all this the food was absolutely disgusting and old. will never go back here again. And i can’t believe someone promoted Ramon to be in charge. what were they thinking?! Also what kind of business doesn’t have a phone. completely outrageous.
