Every time I've been here there's a problem. Food is either old or they can't get the order right. When you confront them they don't care to make it right. Stay away from this location!

Drive thru order, half our food was cold. Ordered tacos and chalupas. My crunch wrap was beef when I asked for steak.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a #6 Taco Bell meal. Instead, gave me the nacho meal. I noticed it as I was driving home, so I turned back around while trying to call the store, which then answered my call, didn’t say a word and hung up on me 3 times. When I got there and told him it was the wrong meal The same woman named Monica said you didn’t order that. I told her that everything else was correct. I just need the two chicken Chalupa‘s instead of the nachos. She said well I’m just gonna have to charge you the difference then. She said on the receipt you have one so you only need one more then. I said I was changed for that extra one. She said well then you only need one more. I said if I had ordered the #6 I would have got 2 and this one was changed extra for $5.79. Then she said well I will have to charge you the difference between the 2 meals. I said no I drove all the way back over here and you’re the one that made the mistake to begin with because the name on the receipts Monica H is you, correct? She confirmed her name was on the receipts but that she would have to charge me $1.60. I went and I got the money and I walked back in then she told me how she could not bring up my old receipt and error it to do a new receipt reflecting the chicken Chalupa‘s she said she was going to just charge me for two cinnamon twists. This was terrible customer service arguing and not making it right, terrible for her to charge me for her mistake.

I ordered food online and didn’t get half of my order. I called the restaurant and was hung up on twice. No customer service at all. I will be calling corporate this is unacceptable behavior of staff and the company.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal and I got half of the quesadilla and a taco I didn’t even ask for, and not even that I asked for a baja blast freeze and the lady at the window rolled her eyes and proceeded to give me a cup of the freeze that wasn’t even full it was almost half way empty which is crazy I tried calling the store multiple times and no one picked up. As someone who works in fast food this is honestly unacceptable and rude you guys need to keep the people at the window in check.

I went in in the evening waited for about 5 minutes to order. On top of that there was nobody in line I was the only one. Employees were just standing around. When I was waited on the cashier was rude waited 10 minutes for food it was cold the fries were hard the cheese wasn't melted. All around the service was terrible. I was over charged also. It's a good thing I looked at my order cause part of it was missing. It's they really need to change management at isleta location this isn't the first time this has happened

Just got home with order....and had missing items. The nuggets weren't even nuggets just pieces of breading. They asked what kind of hot sauce I wanted but didn't give me hot sauce. The tacos were smashed flat ...just ridiculous.

You guys suck we ordered stuff but only got half of it and then they say that we didn't order that stuff WHICH WE DID, then they don't give us the stuff we ordered, this place needs to be shut down. OH AND the food is cold. We waited almost 45 minutes to not even get all our items.

How is it I do an online order 15 minutes ahead of time and still have to wait 15 minutes for my order. Then a week later I try to walk in and kept being told we will be right with you and not being right with you. Fire the whole management.

They need a lot of work. I have been in the food industry for KFC long. John silver's for over 15 years. The manager is a young guy and not keeping his team together. As the pitcher's show, the front door is locked at 8 o'clock. Inside, still dirty 3 people. As I'm waiting on, my wonder, - brought back their food. Wrong order, come on, you guys get the team together.?? Like I have been here twenty five minutes for Like I have been here 25 minutes for a doordash Hope it's better next time

This applies to 1pm - 5pm shift- bad service, all around. Made an online order, they gave me the wrong order. I was on my lunch break, I was going to just eat what they gave me even though it wasn't my order, but the quality of the chalupa was so poor... anyways, I asked for my money back and the manager claimed they didn't know how to process a return and claimed I couldn't get my money back if I made an online order, only a replacement. *Yeah* I called taco bell corporate, they confirmed I should be able to get money back as long as the manager knows how to do their job. I will go to the Taco Bell on Central from now on

This Taco Bell is ALWAYS open late and puts out consistently good food (as far as Taco Bell goes lol) and I'm always in and out in 5 minutes or less no matter how many cars are there.
