Went for a quick dinner. Got all the way home and half our meal was missing 3 nacho tacos and 1 regular taco. My little one was cold and we couldn't go back but just disappointing.

Horrible, worst experience I’ve ever had. 40 minute wait for 3 cars, then when it was time to get my food absolutely none and I mean NONE of it was right. We ordered the chicken empanada cravings box, and instead got chalupa cravings box’s, order a #2 supreme, got a number 1 not supreme. Asked for no sour cream on any other cravings box items, had nothing but sour cream. Employee working the cashier was super rude, and refused to give me a receipt, I will be telling everyone about this and to never come to this place again

Only one star because that’s the lowest option. It’d be 0 if I could. The food was absolute trash. While fast food is never really “top tier” this was HORRIBLE.For starters I waited in line 15-20 minutes for an ONLINE order with just one car ahead of me. When I got my food three things from the order were missing. So I waited at the window to see when the guy would come back. I then waited another 10’minutes for him to acknowledge me and another 5 to get the missing food.When I got home, we began to realize every single tortilla was hard and burnt. The cup of cheese had maybe a tablespoon of cheese in it. The taco shell was stale. The worst part, the Crunchwrap that was ordered had NO MEAT IN IT. Just a burnt tortilla with a hard shell , & lettuce.This is the worst experience I’ve had in my life. DO NOT EAT HERE.
