This place is terrible...poor customer service and the wait times for food is like sitting at an actual restaurant and then when the food finally comes it's always wrong and it's been this way for a few years. What a joke this place is..... I wonder if the owner has any idea how bad the service is here?

The guy was a little rude and maybe misheard me, but I got all cheesey rice burritos when I ordered some of those five layer burritos, too.

A few years back when this location opened, we were happy to have one closer to home. We just hoped that they would have competent employees. After a few years of being opened, I can safely say that this is the most consistent taco bell location I have ever been to in my life. By that, I mean they are consistently bad. They will rarely get your order right, and when you ask the employees a question that a five year old could answer, they look at you with a blank stare on their face. I have two possible suggestions for the owner:1. Fire everyone there, rehire and train properlyOr2. Close the store downI can deal with the recent price hike from Taco Bell. I cannot deal with that combined with complete incompetence. If this is the direction that other taco bells are heading towards, I'll stick with del taco and taco cabana.

Opened the order after getting home, every single item is a mess. Each burrito has more filling on the outside and wrapper than inside and chips in the nachos were crushed. My toddler can do a better job. By far the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had.
Homeboy always hooks it up with enough Diablo sauce to cause some serious trouble. Shoutout to him, you know who you are ;)

It's a group of kids in their 20's working there. We ordered a large fries ? it might of been a small. My husband got a potato taco. The potatoes were hard as rocks! My chicken burrito had hardly any chicken in it. The bean burrito was all tortilla hardly any beans. There were dirty tables and food on the floor. The employees were having a great time in the back. Going across the way to get pizza ?. It was like a party going on. We won't go back!! If you want Taco Bell don't go to this one ? ? ?!
