It pains me to leave this poor review because I really do love TacoBell - it is my comfort fast food.And I totally get it, it is fast food. I should have low expectations, yet I find myself dissatisfied. The last few trips to this particular has been subpar. Food quality and quantity has decreased and is unacceptable.I (and you the reader) are better off going to Little Anita's across the parking lot. Far better for the same reasonable price.
Just ordered some late dinner, this is a Taco Bell/ KFC combo store. When finishing my food I noticed I almost ate mold!!! ? DO NOT EAT HERE! They have moldy bread and horrible service.

Where to start? Place is disgusting; trash, spilled soda, condiments all over. Cashier spends more time looking at her phone than anything else. Order was wrong anyway - not that I eas expecting much, but when I pay $20 for lunch, I want all of my food. Not just some of it. I see why this place has such a low review score. I won't be coming back, ever.

Usually come to this location but this will definitely be the last time. Ordered some food for myself and my family. A few of the meals had what I’m hoping was beard hair in it. Didn’t eat those. Ate what we could salvage. I was the only one who ate anything with ground beef and proceeded to spend the next 12 hours with the worst food poisoning I have ever had in my life. Will never eat here again

We went thru the drive-thru ordered 2 10 PC chicken family meal, but the KFC worker told us they didn't have enough dark chicken for 2 10 PC meals. So we asked for a 10pc family meal and a 12 mix meal but was told again there was still not enough chicken. So we asked for a 10pc chicken meal and a taco and burritos meal deal, which they said they could make. It's Friday 6:33 pm and not enough chicken, really. I'm so not happy with this already, but I still need to get food for everyone at home. Then we pulled up to the window and still had to wait another 10 minutes for our order. WHY?? The chicken was cold already ? and we already had to settle for the tacos. This is usually where we go for KFC, but not anymore. It was like we were an inconvenience for placing such a large order. The attitude the employees had was I guess whatever you got your meal. How disappointing I definitely would recommend you go somewhere else for KFC. The food was all cold, and nothing really tasted that good, like how KFC is good.

First time getting food from this location and holy smokes! I got 2 doritos taco shells with no meat in them.. Nacho fries that were as hard as granite and a cheesy gordita crunch with raw slimy tortilla goo on it. The manager and owner should be ashamed that they are serving food like this! Run don't walk away from this place! The best location is still the Rio Rancho store.

I ordered two #1s (taco supremes). I did not make it home with a SINGLE DROP OF SOUR CREAM OR A SINGLE TOMATO. I ordered a nacho bell grande. They didn't give it to me or have it on the receipt even though the headphone dude ASKED ME ABOUT IT, so I held up the line adding that. I tried to order chicken nuggets and fries (from the KFC part) for my kiddo and the same headphone dude said, "uh... The fries are really old." Bruh. Make more. That's what you do here. So I switched to Apple sauce. They were out. It's a Monday night at 8:00 during the holidays. Families are running their kids to all their holiday stuff and trying to grab dinner. It's already not a great dinner- please just have what we need. I understand the guy handing me my food has no control over the supply, and he at least apologized, but I'm frustrated that I paid for taco supremes and got regular tacos. In the grand scheme of things is it a big deal? No, but it doesn't feel like this Taco Bell even tries. They're here because the people in the immediate neighborhood will still buy food here so we don't have to travel farther. Same with Blake's. These two places will have to get better or they'll go under when other options start opening up nearby.
