I ordered a regular breakfast cruchwrap (eggs, hashbrowns, no meat, no cheese) and was given the 'California' version that includes tomatoes. I went back through the drive through and tried clarifying my order and was given non-breakfast crunchwraps. When I went back and said that my order was still wrong, not what I wanted and what I paid for, I was told they couldn't keep remaking my order and that what I was given was what I ordered. It was not what I ordered and I was sent away. Worst service I have ever experienced at a taco bell.

Ordered on the kiosk and waited almost 30 minutes. Was ignored by every single employee, even though I went up to the register. Finally they brought my order over from the drive thru queue!! Had been sitting there for 20+ minutes!!! Terrible service.

Both the store and district managers should be ashamed. This location is running horribly. Pro tip - you shouldn’t have miserable staff interacting with your customers. Even after saying “hello” in an upbeat manner, not a word from the girl working the drive-thru.I like Taco Bell every now and then, but these poor excuses for employees need terminated or I’ll terminate myself a customer.Manager! Took 40 minutes to get through the drive through (6 cars including me) just to get soggy, ice cold nachos without the meat I payed extra for. This location is clearly horribly managed. Also this location has ignored vegetarian customization on 2/3 orders of our past orders

I waited for over 50 minutes with no other customers inside and barely anyone in the drive thru. I repeatedly asked where my order was and was told it was coming. After 50 minutes they finally gave me my order and said they forgot( even though I was continuing to ask). Even after all that time I was only given half my order. Once they brought the other half of the order, it was wrong but I was so done I just left. Worst service for a fast food place that I have ever been to. Will never return to this location.

Very rude and can't get the order correct because the staff is learning to speak English. I don't care what race a individual is but if you take a job that requires you to deal with the public then it would be likely that you can speak the more common
Not only did they serve us uncut chicken quesadillas when we ordered cheese, they forgot two of our items and the pimple face teenage girl behind the counter looked like she was on her last nerve. TRASH

Food was had bad taste on this particular visit and Baja Blast Freeze was very watered down. There was a very noticeable hair in food and tacos were bland and off tasting. I'm not sure why this visit was so abnormal as this has never happened before.
