These tacos al pastor made my little Chicago-Mexa heart sing. They have a trompo going and they add just the right amount of piña to balance out the crispy fat on the al pastor. It’s four tacos to an order and you can mix but I would go with just pastor and an asada next time. The green salsa is good and the red salsa is great.Best al pastor tacos I’ve tasted in Albuquerque so far. The folks who run the truck were super nice.

These are the BEST carne asada tacos I've ever had. They're so delicious we come back every Wednesday for lunch. If they aren't there you best believe we'll be there the next day lol it's like a ritual for us now. Everyone we bring falls in love with their tacos too! The window cook was clear and friendly. She was accommodating coordinating finishing our food while we grabbed a few things from near by shops. The green chili sauce was so flavorful as eas the steak .
I am in absolute shock with the quality of my food! Literally speechless... I ordered the Al Pastor torta which comes with pineapple on it! I never knew Al Pastor comes with pineapple until the gentleman that was taking my order made sure I was okay with pineapple to which I asked him to make it how it comes.. I am beyond satisfied with my order.. The meat was flavourful, the bread was perfectly toasted and buttered and the green salsa tastes so so fresh w/ the perfect spice!! Love love love ❤ I will be back and I will be telling all my friends and family about this taco truck!!
