The Thai Kitchen has always been a good place to enjoy Thai food. The restaurant has changed since COVID. The service has switched from waiting on customers at their table to customers ordering at the front and then the customer finds a table in the self sitting dinning area.The food doesn’t seem to be has good. The absolute best Thai food in New Mexico. The pad Thai is unique and will literally change your life. I have tried every item on the menu and have not regret a single one. The Thai Basil fried rice is my favorite dish. Pineapple fried rice is amazing if you like a sweeter and nuttier option. All the curry is amazing, definitely need to try the pumpkin curry if you want something comforting and warm. The staff is amazing too, Monica always helps us out and feel like fam.
