The girls that were working went over and beyond for us. I highly recommend you check it out. My son spilt his drink and busted all over the floor. I asked for a mop to mop up the mess the girl was a doll and said she would get it. That wasn’t it they made my son his drink over I offered to pay and the girls said it was okay.. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I can say that this boba shop is close and delicious, but I went to this place for a job, as they were looking for new hires, I went to them five times, and the last time I went, they promised to give me a call, and they never called me at all, it's been 2 weeks now, so please save the trouble and don't ask to work, they won't follow up.

Stopped by for the 1st time and I liked the atmosphere as well as the taste of the tea I ordered. I ordered a blueberry vanilla Boba milk tea. I gave 3 stars because of the following:1. Their straws are out on the counter and are not individually wrapped so everyone touches and grabs them. Very unsanitary.2. Their straws are too small to fit the Boba. My Boba kept getting stuck in the straw I couldn't enjoy my drink. As the boba soaks it seems to expand more and clogs the straw. I fought with it for a bit, but gave up. I ended up having to remove the straw.... Bummer. These are the reasons I would not return nor suggest someone try. If you read my review, please hit the like button. Thank you.

I went in with my two daughters and my son a few days ago as a reward for getting good grades in school. There was a younger lady with black hair who served us. I just wanted to come on here and say how polite and patient she was, my daughter changed her mind 3 times before ordering and had the drink maker/cashier waiting forever to order ?. She didn’t mind at all and gave my daughter suggestions after she couldn’t decide what drink to get based on the flavors. I also felt extremely terrible for the way she was treated by the customer in front of me. They were being extremely rude and disrespectful to her saying "I hope you have a horrible newyear", I feel that most of these girls get paid to be disrespected more than to serve drinks. But good job to the cashier/drink maker for keeping her cool! Will definitely be coming back ?UPDATE!!- I had to come here and update my review after going to the Boba lounge a second time and finding out the name of the young lady who served me. The server/drink makers name is Autumn. Great job Autumn! Didn’t fail to impress the second time, a friendly servers!?Kid-friendliness: The servers are extremely patient and understanding with kids. There is a positive atmosphere and a lot of cute decorations my little ones are drawn to.

My mother comes here for her Boba and she asked me if I would like one and I said yes because Boba’s are my favorite! However I stayed in car waiting for my mom to order and she got me a “Mango Thai with Boba”. I am allergic to Mango so I took my drink back inside to exchange and the experience to change this after explaining myself was not a good experience!! The girl was hesitant and finally went to the back and came back after several minutes and said “we will only do this just this one time” then I asked if there is a regular Thai tea with out Mango and she explained what was in the drink and I’m like “ok nevermind just give me a Taro” she did not look happy and went to the back again and they laughed and took 10 minutes to make my drink. The owner came to bring my drink and said “this is a one time exchange that we can do this ok” and shocked with the response I received and Tone in her voice I tried to tell her I was allergic to mango and wanted a different drink … she did a half smile and looked away from me and at the next costumer and spoke over me to the next costumerCould not believe the experience and service I encountered with these ppl! Not sure if they’re hurting for business or suffering from supply shortage or straight out discriminating against me to treat me this way especially that my drink was still sealed and full and purchased and exchanged within 10 minutes but only to experience the bad service.Do come here and support this place!!!In my taro drink I could still taste other fruits in it and taste wasn’t as good as other Boba places!!Save your money and go some place else!
