Debajo is one of our favorite restaurants....delicious tapas and a good wine selection. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive! Highly recommend!

Food was delishous, waiters tho kept moving around the heaters, drinks were delishous, but didn't get asked if we wanted a second. Waiters changed 1/2 way thru ordering, loss of communication. That being said the food was so good I will go back. Maybe just order a bottle instead of waiting.

What a terrific experience. Everything on the menu sounded delicious and the plates we shared were mouth watering. We plan to return regularly to taste the entire menu. The chef visited our table, we enjoyed the conversation and really felt special.

My new fave in abq ❤️ came here for valentines date night with my husband and the service, food, & drink were all amazing. It’s a super cute & small neighborhood place. I highly recommend!

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Tapas is my favorite type of restaurant and this is the best place I’ve had in the U.S. Kennedy helped us out and she was phenomenal and hilarious! The chef even came over to introduce herself.I tried the Poblano Flameado which was phenomenal, the pinchos were so cheesy and drool worthy, we got the Gambas A La Plancha, and again best shrimp I’ve had in a long time. The Higos y Barriga was delicious, strong in taste of fig balsamic.I lastly ordered the Manchen Frito, I personally enjoyed it but it was an interesting combination with the guava which some of my party didn’t love.Either way, I absolutely this place will certainly come back. A little pricey but for a night out or date night it’s worth it

This place is fantastic. The food is full of flavor and unique and everything we have had is amazing. We love the Manchego Frito, De Colares—stuffed peppers, and the garlic prawns were cooked perfectly. Great salads! Love the vibe and wine selection! Hidden gem. Kennedy was amazing a server. Great service.
WOW, FABULOUS food and service. Our server, Kennedy was friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming.This place gets an A+ from us. Do yourselves a favor and be sure to dine here!
The good was mediocre at best. The paella was the best and the proteins were all overcooked. We still wanted to give this place a try and had two desserts. One was the chocolate mousse but where are the marshmallows? The second was the cheesecake which had a very odd texture to it. It was the goat cheese in the cheesecake that was changing the texture. Not sure there's a reason to go back.

I go out a lot to eat, and spend too much money going out. However, this place charges twice as much, maybe more, for what they provide food wise and drink wise. The food is good but the prices are crazy for what you get.
