I always had good experiences here until last week when I went , first of all the girl working don’t know her name but she had odd pink hair looked fairly young was super rude first of all I waited directly in front of her for about a minute until she noticed I was standing there of course she was on her phone honestly I should’ve left when that happened I tried ordering a shake and she tells me there’s no ice?!? I ended up getting a overpriced drink that was around 7.00$ that tasted like water I’m pretty sure that’s what it was since it had no flavor at all definitely save yourselves some time and don’t stop here

You are not getting very popular by blocking the only two handicapped parking spots in the strip mall for an extended time.
My husband and I were leaving mini golf when we saw this place and thought we'd check it out. Back home we don't have anything like this (yet!) so it was new and interesting. Alex assisted us and walked us thru creating our own delicious desserts. I selected the Hazelnut Crunch bar with White Chocolate and fruity pebbles. I was AMAZING! The flavors complimented each other and were both fun and satisfying. My husband isn't picky which can sometimes be a bad thing at places like this. He knew he wanted the avocado bar but after that he didn't know. He asked Alex to pick for him and he chose dark chocolate with pecans. It was so tasty that I was only offered the tiniest bite to try since hubby wanted the whole thing (lol). All in all a great experience and I hope that one of these stores will open in SoCal! And a big shout out to Alex! He was great, friendly and was a huge help. Someone give that guy a raise!!

I love Paleta Bar and had been to their many locations in ABQ. This location was no different. Their Paleta was still good and customer service was still great. I had a NM United Paleta (honestly had no idea what it was made of...but if I were to guess...it was a cream based..with some Oreo...and..some yellow color flavors (no idea what it would be) half dipped in dark cholate with pinons and peanuts and some fruits. It wasted wonderful as expected. The staff didn't skimp on the toppings, which were generous. Plus, you get 2 extra ojos (Choco wafer rolls) along with your Paleta as well. The price was slightly higher than their other locations (at $8.40)...but probably because it was inside a mall which costs a bit for retail and they compensated by giving extra ojos. Overall, I enjoyed it...and look forward to eating Paleta from Paleta Bar and trying some new flavors again!
