Are you kidding me???!!!! Let's gooo. This pizza is fire!!! I'm so mad I'm a local and just found this place. I live on the westside and will have no problem ordering and picking up from here. See yall next time for sure.

We got to the food hall shortly after 5. My husband ordered a cheese pizza right and was given a buzzer number 14. By 5:45, we still hadn't gotten his pizza, so he went to check. There was a cheese pizza sitting there. The lady at the register said the pizzas usually take 20 minutes and the pizza that was ready was order number 11. We figured we only had another few pizzas until ours was done. At 6:05, after an hour of waiting, I went up there. I told them we'd been waiting an hour and that we didn't even want the pizza anymore, we just wanted a refund. The lady then went over to the same pizza she said wasn't ours, and somebody from the back pulled the ticket and said it had been ready for an hour and a half now. I told him we'd only gotten here an hour ago. Then he said it must've been a faulty buzzer. I told him my husband was here 15 minutes ago and we were told it still wasn't ready. He just shrugged. The lady handed us the pizza. They didn't apologize, didn't offer a refund like I requested. The pizza was cold. We were less than impressed by the terrible service. The pizza was decent, but was it worth an hour wait and the attitude to get? Absolutely not.

One of the best pizzas I've had! So good! I would have 4.5 starts if possible but I did not get a text when my food was ready as it's stated on their website and with only 30 min to eat on my lunch break that convenience was the reason I chose to eat there, and the pizza was very greasy. But overall very delicious and great fresh ingredients, I'll definitely eat there again.

I am honestly sad writing this review. My wife and I have ate here multiple times and tonight was the worst. First of all, after 40 minutes of waiting, my wife had to check with the staff who gave her attitude saying they had ton of online orders and she just needed to wait. So of course my wife asked for a refund which she received and they still gave her the pizza that was extra burnt. It would be helpful to just let customers know, there is going to be 45 min to 1 hour wait. Being honest goes miles. ?

Where do I even begin with this disappointing experience?Firstly, this food hall is filthy and smells like bar rot when you walk through the door but being a Detroit style pizzeria owner, and pizza lover of all kinds I decided to stay the course and order a simple pepperoni pie just to see if this place could hold a candle to the real thing. 45 minutes later my wife is upset but knowing the business and the time it takes to cook I gave them the benefit of the doubt because although they looked slow, looks can be deceiving in the kitchen. Once I became frustrated with the wait I ask if they just forgot to buzz us. No, they just completely forgot to make our pizza. I was then given the sorry excuse of “we’ve been having issues with people taking the wrong pizzas”. Sounds like a personal problem and a total lack of accountability for your own product. Then they offered me someone else’s pizza with jalapeños on it. No thank you. 4 people working there, moving slow as molasses, just bumbling around looking like it’s their first day. No effort to make their mistake worth my time and money, and I was not about to wait another 45 minutes for them to get it right. Gathered my refund which took forever and kept it moving to somewhere cleaner and more efficient. 0 stars for this place. Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand as I see I’m not alone with this awful experience. Makes me want to move to ABQ to show people how it’s really done. I just might.

If you've scrolled past the paid for compliments and got this far: Don't if you expect a normal sized portion amount for the expense. It's really not that great compared to every other thrown together pizza you've had delivered except that it's smaller and three times more expensive. Especially if you order online. You are paying for shape and the status and neither is worth it. Even if they _are_ the only pizza that delivers in your area...just go out and eat before choosing this place.

Too greasy and heavy for Detroit style pizza. Doesn't have the typical bread dough and the sauce is under mozzarella (not on top of brick cheese like Detroit style pizza)

Son was visiting from Dallas & wanted to go down Central. As we looked for a place to eat I realized I have never eaten here. Reviews were good, sooooo “let’s do this”.Restaurant was very clean, great wait staff, prices were just right for quality/quantity received, most important food was fantastic. We also enjoyed the atmosphere. Sorry no pictures phone was about dead for enjoying the day with visiting family. I highly recommend these guys.
