I would give negative stars if I could. The first complaint I let go and decided to try a second time. So I returned and waited over 20 minutes for my order. The associates were just standing around talking, speaking in unprofessional manner around myself and one other customer eating. After 20 minutes go by I ask where my order was since there were no orders on the screen and they were just standing around.. she asked what I ordered and it was just sitting in a bag on the back counter. I grabbed it and left. When I opened my wrap, they didn’t cut it, give me utensils for my side or napkins. Poor unprofessional service. Young kids no work ethic. Will not be returning.

I walked in and ordered a smoothie and they told me they can’t serve smoothies? All rude too lol sorry I wanted to give you my money. Figured the name of this place meant differently. Save your time and visit a competitor smoothie joint. There’s Keva Juice right around the corner from this place.

Been over five minutes and it’s just sitting in the blender while the employees chat and order Starbucks on their phone.Asked for a refund and I got attitude and was told it’s only been sitting in the blender for two minutes and isn’t bad in quality.As a paying customer I didn’t get my product. But all three of your employees in this picture got their Starbucks order in and paid over $30 for it because the one who paid complained about it.EDIT TO ADD; Also, as I reviewed the refund receipt they didn’t refund the $2.50 tip I left them. I’ll be calling corporate and providing a copy of my bank statement for proof.

The staff is rarely friendly here not gonna lie, but they hustle to get your food ready and someone's that matters more. I always then for getting orders out within 5 to 10 minutes for having to make smoothies and food! They are very consistent and always delicious. About 15 bucks for a smoothie and medium sized flatbread. I love the breakfast options after a workout. Healthy and tasty.

I come here every once in a while the ladies are very nice the food is also good they make the smoothies fast I really like getting the beach bum smoothie the beach bum smoothie has strawberry banana and peanut butter I also like to add way protein I have also tried another smoothie I believe it is called the island detox Sometimes that 1 has too much of a Ginger flavor Overall it is a good place to get smoothies I do think their ingredients are fresh I think this place is best as a grab and go place!
Ordered a bacon ranch sandwich, add chipotle mayo and received a sandwich soaking in chipotle mayo. Ordered the Detox Drink and it was PURE ginger, couldn’t even drink it at all and threw it out immediately. WASTE OF MONEY. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE.

I'll admit, I've never been much of a smoothie person, but this location has changed that 100%! Their smoothies are fresh, delicious, made quickly and are huge for the price. There's a lot of great options to choose from to fit any taste. My favorite is the bahama mama. Staff is super kind and energetic. You gotta give this place a go!

I visit tropical smoothie often, and I’ve never had complaints. But the last time I visited it was dirty, and the smoothies tasted like the fruit was expired. They don’t wash their blenders. When I asked to speak to the manager Alysha, she had a huge attitude and was rude. I won’t be returning to this location.

I've had multiple terrible experiences with an employee named CJ who works at this location, the worst happening yesterday and prompting this review. I ordered from the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app for delivery (very deliberately to avoid another interaction with him) which is delivered using Door Dash. The delivery came and it was someone else's order. I called the store and CJ was hostile immediately and referred me to contact Door Dash. When I explained that it was done through them and not Door Dash, he said it's a 3rd party app that he doesn't deal with and if I wanted help I needed to come in. So I did just that and brought the other person's order back and showed CJ my order in my app. He was immediately rude and refused to issue me a full refund because he "didn't know how" and I'd just be out the $10 difference. There was no replacement of my missing order and he refused a full refund. Having worked many service jobs in my life, I completely understand that dealing with the public can be difficult and sometimes mistakes can happen. But his behavior was truly uncalled for when no part of this issue was my fault.

Came to pick up an uber eats order & decided to try a smoothie I'm not sure how I felt about it maybe I'd have to go backnin and actually look at the diff options it was icey normally at my other smoothie spot its more creamy with supplement options... the edible straw was cool tho! Smoothie guy wasn't helpful at all didn't recommend anything even after i said I've nvr been there
