Used to be great food and fun for the whole family, however things have gone downhill in a hurry. Less variety, less food, and apparently less quality control as this was our knife that the server claimed i was being picky about a few water spots. That is food, and I was being discreet. We requested rare and it seldom appeared and eventually left hungry because one of the gaucho handled raw turkey and bacon and then immediately served food to the customers without changing gloves. The picture is of the beef Jerry tenderloin we got instead of rare.

It was Saturday evening. We had been here a few times in the past, and it was spectacular. This time, there wasn't as much variety. The meat was under seasoned and tough. The mango fish was soggy. The salad bar has less to choose from. The waitstaff seemed distracted and upset. We paid $300 plus tip for a less than satisfying dinner. Sadly we probably won't return anytime soon.

Been coming here for almost 20 years. This has been one of our go to places for a special occasion, haven't been here in about a year or so and today we went for our anniversary, for lunch with our children and left with that feeling of disappointment and overall LACKING. The older gentleman who is a "host/greeter" was super NOT friendly. When I walked up to be seated he just hind off have me a look like "yes? How many" without saying anything at all. I'm not sure if it was due to that medical thing around his throat, possibly a trach thing or what but if that's your job then he needs something where he shouldn't be in charge of something that requires greeting and talking. We went around 1:30 pm ish for lunch, waitress was friendly. The selection of the salad bar was bla, I know it's Brazilian but maybe research other options besides those currently have on the salad side that still stay within the culture. The back side of the salad bar has different types of mixed salads, nothing looked appetizing and didn't get anything from that section. The hot side, i did get some mashed potatoes and some mixed veggies but that's it. They used to have there deciduous pinto beans with these pieces of ham, oh my gosh.... but not today. And usually they have a good hearty soup/stew. Meat selection was ok, personally I don't care for beef that is really really red still or bloody, but my husband and son did. The sweet and spicy chicken was just as good as always. Pineapple always good. Dinner usually has more options and thinking I should have gone for dinner instead but wanted to get home early. But the overall feeling at the end I really don't want to pay that premium price for dinner for the same disappointment, idk we will see. Meat servers were very good as always. I didn't want more chicken than I already had, i don't care for the beef choices they offer, and same for the fish. I felt bored and lacking, so went back up to look on the entire salad bar, thinking maybe some fresh fruit , they had a sad little bowl of melon which I'm allergic to so couldn't have that. I walked around the whole thing and nothing else caught my eye to seem to try to satisfy. HERE'S MY HUGE PART... that left me just bla. I had to go to the bathroom, and I know there was a recent "remodel" only thing I seen different was the carpet,... anyway walking to the bathroom and the hallway leading to is pretty gross. The baseboards have that black gunk at the bottom and the doors are dirty and scuffed. The actual woman's bathroom was horrible, there was either poop or something brown on the floor near the toilet, something that had been recently cleaned and you could see the cleanup staining, the toilet didn't flush properly, I tried 4 times. The floors in the entire bathroom were disgusting not to mention the walls. For this place just having a "remodel" nothing in this bathroom has been changed since I've been coming here, and even so you could at least keep it clean. You can clearly see it hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. I was left very grossed out and not in a position where I want to eat after, eeewww. HERE'S THE THING, this has always been a upscale place to eat, I mean the price is shouldn't the entire experience be also?? Yes the salad with ranch and crutons was good, yes my 2 peices of chicken were good, yes pineapple was good. But, the bathrooms were like those of McDonald's or worse, and with a experience of lacking, where you have that feeling like, I want something that will really just hit the spot and couldn't find anything, and then that whole nasty hallway and bathroom part. I was done. Spending $130 for lunch alone for 5 people is alot, and for that premium price you want more bang for your buck, a clean environment, wonderful service from the time you come in to the time you leave, that host guy was sittin

Was a little disappointed with Tucanos tonight. The table and the floor were sticky. The salt and pepper shaker were greasy to the touch. The services was very slow even thought there weren't very many occupied table. There was an unfortunate medical emergency by the bathroom area at one point, but even before that the food service completely stopped for over 30 mins for whatever reason. Finally when the servers started making the rounds again, they complained that they were very short staffed. Management was more concerned with taking pictures for social media than taking care of all the ongoing issues. Our waiter was good and checked in on us a few times.

Too expensive for the amount and quality of food you eat. I was sat in an area where the gaucho came with cold beef and the leftovers after walked all the restaurant. There was a moment that my family and I were served only fish and cold chicken… The salad bar was the only thing that worth the visit, but they were put of cheese bread… I would recommend Fogo the Chao or Texas the Brazil for a little more money…

My family made a reservation for Easter Sunday. We waited a few minutes, then we were seated. I needed to use the restroom and walked up to the hostess station at the front of the restaurant and asked the older, heavy set gentleman ( I never asked his name, but wish I had) where the bathroom was. Instead of being polite, he just pointed to the rear of the restaurant. I didn't make a big deal about his rudness and walked to where he was pointing. I went about my business and returned to my table. We had a very nice meal but as we were getting ready to leave the place started getting really busy. Our servers were not coming back as we turned our little wooden red, yellow, and green notification block to red. I decided to walk back up to the hostess station to ask how we pay our bill. The same, rude older man told me...."Your Server" Now, I am not normally a sensitive person, but he could have said something like.... Oh, your server will be your cashier sir. It's the way he said it was like I was bothering him. Finally, when we were all leaving, as a polite gesture, we all said have a nice Easter and thank you. He was the only person up front that did not even respond to us. I don't know if he was upset that they made him work on Easter Sunday or what but he was extremely rude. We spent over $200.00 on our meal and for that kind of money we expect good customer service. I do want to mention that one of the managers....Austin, was very polite and helpful. I hope this review will alert the management of this situation and correct it.

Excellent service from Kyra. The food is good but they take too long between sword and sword. In 45 minutes I ate 3 pieces of meat. They come by more often with vegetables, pineapple and things you don't really come to eat. The other would simply order a cut of meat a la carte instead of a meager buffet.

Little bit basic for the price but the meat and salad bar was fantastic! Server sucked. Reservations did us no good, but the food made up for less than mediocre staff.
