Used drive thru. The girl on the window was very rude while taking order for the $5 Biggie Bag. I asked about the Frostie deal and was told there wasn't one. When I arrived at the window she was very short with me. The Frostie deal (promo) was right there on the window. When I said something about it, I was told it wasn't a deal in a hateful way. I will never return to this Wendy's.

They have roaches and half of the employees are rude as hell. They all have their own little group and if you don’t speak Spanish they treat you different. Also have an add out saying they pay $15.50 an hour but the hiring manager Juliana offered me $12.50.

We usually come here often but today the Spanish lady took our order wrong like 3 times until Jazmin came and save our order. Not only did she confirm the order she also has very good customer service skills. Had it not been for Jazmin I would not return. Especially because the Spanish lady said she wanted to fight us in Spanish. Just because I’m white she thought I don’t speak Spanish I really don’t appreciate her comments if anything she could of waited till we were gone but she judged us based on the color of our skin. Not cool

It’s better if they shut down this Wendy’s repeated slow and bad service why must I wait in a line for 30 mins for Wendy’s and get under cooked chicken and beef gave my child undercooked chicken nuggets what the hell I think it will be different but terrible service each time and why is the lobby closed so early better of closing cause the workers are terrible and trashy location

Lost is space. Return trip was the same, these people couldn't function and waste too much time filling your wrong orders. Fire the worthless manager and get somebody who can fill the orders for the pigs in Albuquerque. They run out of chili, and have no fish sandwiches, fries are supposed to be fresh and hot, so good luck with that. The items are never like the pictures or commercials.
