Very poor customer service. Made our order to go. I took a fry out of the bag to try 1, and it was cold and most of them looked overcooked and dry So I asked her to give us new fries. She just took the fries and threw them back in the fryer and I'm looking like what is she doing. She takes them out and I ask her. Did you just put them back in the fryer and the look I got from her. Probably not knowing if she should lie or I don't know what to do. I asked again for fresh fries and the look I got again. This place is going downhill. People working the food industry just don't care what they give you anymore

This place is always under crowded for how good the food is and how great the service is. It blows my mind their average rating isn't better and fascist in this part of town treat people like cap but have close to 5 stars averaged. Clearly reviews are not honest these days and you should just find out for yourself. Wendy's has better food and for less.

I walk by here regularly and they never mind if I need water or a restroom even if I am not ordering food. This is a quality of character few offer on this side of town and the main reason I would choose Wendy's over most other restaurants in this area. This wendy's is my only burger joint when I eat out.
