THESE PEOPLE TRIED TO ROB ME!!! THEY STOLE MY DEBIT CARD AND REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME WHEN I DROVE BACK. THEY ASKED FOR IDENTIFICATION BUT I WAS LITERALLY THERE LIKE 10 MINUTES PRIOR AND HAD GAVE THEM THE NAME ON THE CARD. DO NOT TRUST THE “WOMEN” THAT WORK AT THIS STORE, GO TO MCDONALDS INSTEAD.

This location is on Central so the population that visits isn’t the greatest. The food is usually pretty good and service is decent. I love Wendy’s chili and the jr bacon cheeseburger!
Just went here to get a frosty and simply asked to see the sizes of the cups and the girl in the purple lilac jacket was SO disrespectful and acted like reaching down and showing us a cup was a chore, then her and an older lady behind the counter began glaring at me and speaking in Spanish to each other. I feel SO disrespected. My mother knows Spanish and was going to try and see what they were saying but we just left and didn't bother. From what the other reviews are saying and from my experience you guys really need to get your customer service together and stop being disrespectful for no reason.

The cashier Stephanie was totally RUDE! Took our order while on her phone and never really made eye contact with either of us and acted like we were a burden to her for placing an order! We will never be back to this location due to this rude employee in fact I will never even get this location door dashed ! Management REALLY needs to look into this problem of a employee! If I could give NO stars I would !

I had ordered a meal specifically with a drink telling the worker nicely not to put any ice, she then got angry and used the ice scoop to take the ice out of the cup and I don't why she was angry. I didn't drink it, just left. I was hoping to at least enjoy the food but it burnt. Hopefully no one gets sick from the ice. It was just horrible experience.

Was at 1808 Central Ave. Albuquerque,New Mexico. The bathrooms were secured which is great BUT in the woman’s restroom there was no soap, toilet paper or paper towels. No paper towels in the men rest room. Doesn’t any of the employees use the rest rooms since they were secured.
Parking was a little shady - despite no loitering signs there were a couple trying to sell hand bags.

I have more than one occasion gone to this location at Central and University and I'm more than one occasion the lobby has been closed because they are short on staff.The general manager or district manager needs to get on a hiring campaign.Not being able to sit in the dining area and enjoy a meal is very discouraging I'll take my business otherwise somewhere else.

Went through the drive thru and order a baconator. Waited for 10 minutes after paying... that's fine I get it if they are busy inside. Got back to my hotel and take a bite, this is the baconator I waited 10 minutes for. ? sucks, all I wanted to do was get something to eat and go to bed.

On 02/08/2024 at 3:54 p.m., I ordered a Dave's single, a chili cheese potato, and a Taco salad. My order number was 3165. The server's name was Selena. The cover on the baked potato was not closed, and the potato spilled on my carpet. The stain will not come out. I have attempted to contact Wendy's corporate offices and have not heard back. I guess that fresh never frozen does not apply to customer service.
