Got the new orange dreamsicle frosty. Tasted like vanilla. Complained and they said it's because they had extra vanilla mix and didn't want to waste it so they put in in with the orange dreamsicle. Not smart, Wendy's. Not smart.

Don't go to this Wendy's.. it is not organized. The works are not trained properly.. I'm glad I wasn't able to order food here because no one tried to take my order .. I really feel bad for who ever owns this Wendy's your staff is costing you money .. I'm posting this on all my social media platforms as well .. worst experience at a Wendy's ever

Each time I have came to this location I have only had 1 good interaction. The girls at the window are always so rude for no reason. They have a serious attitude problem. The last time they forgot two cookies that I had paid for and they stood there and argued with me saying they remembered to put at least one cookie in the bag. Like if that was the case I wouldn’t have driven all the way back to Wendy’s. ? miserable people for real.

Went in to get a quick bite to eat along with my hungry two year old. Nobody was at or near the counter. I must’ve stood there, unacknowledged, for 5 mins! Two different employees, one a mgr based on her attire, placed fries in the fryer. Not once was I acknowledged while holding my daughter in my arms. After 5 mins standing there, I asked them if the counter was closed as they only seemed to be assisting drive thru. Needless to say I walked right out, with my daughter crying for food. Not one sorry. If I was the franchise owner I’d seriously consider cleaning house and although it’s not a five star establishment, they should still have at least one star customer service. Go to another Wendy’s.

Just look at the picture. Enough said... I didn't even bother to call the manager or get a refund. Hockey pucks would of tasted better with some seasoning! Shame on the team & whoever the want to be Manager is. Might as well go put on clown suits if you want dress up. ? ?

They were I guess Short staffed.. so it took somebody a second to actually greet us and take our order.. the lobby wasn't exactly clean.. the food was at least decent.. halfway through eating an employee came out and locked the doors.. didn't even notify anybody what he was doing..

They almost forgot my drink I had to ask for it before I left, cold ,overcooked fries, cheese not melted on my cold burger, forgot my receipt

Ordering here is never pleasant and always rushed. They push you to order so fast in drive thru and then make you wait forever for the food and the food always comes out wrong. If you have anxiety and hate ordering.. don’t come here, they intensify that feeling. Millennials
